GODSON Posted August 26, 2006 Report Posted August 26, 2006 I know it will NEVER happen but Angle would be expose in TNA. All he know is the WWE style of wrestling and TNA is a completely different ball game. TNA don't cover up your flaws, you either know how to wrestle or don't,that's why guys like Hassan would never make it in TNA. He also have to learn the six sided ring.
Bruce Blank Posted August 26, 2006 Report Posted August 26, 2006 If Angle was healthier he could easily adapt to any pro style, but the problem is that he's not and needs to be protected in the ring - how many TNA workers could properly protect a guy like Angle and still make it look good?
TheBostonStrangler Posted August 26, 2006 Report Posted August 26, 2006 Joe could do it - he did just fine with Steiner, and if he can work well with Steiner, he can certainly work well with Angle. And while I would absolutely love to see Kurt Angle in TNA, I don't want to see this version of Kurt Angle. If he took a few months to get his act somewhat together, TNA would be a great fit for him. He'd wrestle twice a month or so, be able to go harder when he did wrestle, and he'd stay much, much healthier. I doubt very much that we'd ever see Kurt Angle in TNA, but if he did - I'd be watching very intently, that's for sure.
luke-o Posted August 27, 2006 Report Posted August 27, 2006 I think it would be unprofessional of TNA to sign him at this point, but if they gave him a couple of months to sort himself out, id say they'd at least put in an offer. Most likely to be turned down, but hey, the offers there.
Hawk 34 Posted August 28, 2006 Report Posted August 28, 2006 If Angle was healthier he could easily adapt to any pro style, but the problem is that he's not and needs to be protected in the ring - how many TNA workers could properly protect a guy like Angle and still make it look good? Daniels, Homicide and Joe are the obvious mentions. Anyone can "protect" someone as long as they have knowledge of what's going on and how to work around limitations.
cmpunk04 Posted August 28, 2006 Report Posted August 28, 2006 yeah but come on guys if Angle was to come to TNA you know he would be going straight into a feud with Jeff Jarrett who would then try to "run Angle out of TNA" as this is what happens every time a name comes in.
Jingus Posted August 28, 2006 Report Posted August 28, 2006 If they signed him, Angle would be the single biggest catch that TNA has ever gotten. He's by far a better worker than Sting and more respected among serious fans, and he's a much bigger name than Raven or Christian. HOWever, if they signed him, I kinda expect Angle to be dead within the next couple of years, so I really hope it doesn't happen.
UseTheSledgehammerUh Posted August 29, 2006 Report Posted August 29, 2006 That's Ultimo Dragon, straight before being called "Ultimo Warrior" at PWU and made to do the job.
razazteca Posted August 30, 2006 Report Posted August 30, 2006 Where is Chris Jericho when you need him?
Guest Connzilla Posted August 30, 2006 Report Posted August 30, 2006 Where is Chris Jericho when you need him? On The Fox Network
Hasbeen1 Posted September 14, 2006 Report Posted September 14, 2006 If Angle was clean and semihealthy, TNA would be good due to the lack of appearances in the ring.
Guest Connzilla Posted September 17, 2006 Report Posted September 17, 2006 Just based on the fact that he would do alot better in tna then he is in mma

He also have to learn the six sided ring Your right, TNA doesn't hide flaws. That's why Chris sabin has no personality, Raven sucks and Sirelda was gone after her first match. Angle can adapt to anything. He's an olympic gold medalist and a wrestling machine.
trackc53 Posted October 6, 2006 Report Posted October 6, 2006 It won't happen, but a man can dream. hahahahaahah. Now all those dreaming will watch him die.
Guest Connzilla Posted October 6, 2006 Report Posted October 6, 2006 Yep Omar Little. Not as a wrestler of course but I think it would be ultra funny if TNA hired Michael K. Williams to play Omar Little in backstage skits on Impact. where he robs the wrestlers for their money, jewlery, and championship belts. And just like on the Wire wear Omar only robs people in the drug game. In TNA Omar only robs the wrestlers image this exchange. Omar is backstage by the entrance ramp waiting for Jeff Jarrett to came back from the ring. Omar(pulling a gun out on Double J): Hey give my that belt Jeff Jarrett: Do you KNow who I am? I am the king of the mountain. Omar: Yeah and I am Omar Little now give my that belt. I also think it would be funny if Omar walks Through a hallway and like Jarrelle Clark and Chance Raynce start to run & yell "Omar's Coming!!Omar!!" and the other wrestlers in the hallway run away. It should noy happen and won't happen but it is imo a funny idea.
Guest Connzilla Posted October 14, 2006 Report Posted October 14, 2006 TNA sign all eight of these mutha fuckas. Sweeny, Icreaus, & Akuma would be great in the X-division-The Kings of Wrestling would add more zest to an already staked Tag divsion same with the Thomasalies but just with Brandon as there bodyguard. Plus there all heels something TNA is short on.
