razazteca Posted September 25, 2006 Report Posted September 25, 2006 The only question I have been pondering is will Eric Bishoff say "Tonight you're going to face KAAAANNNE!!!"
cabbageboy Posted September 25, 2006 Report Posted September 25, 2006 Bischoff was a good heelish GM because while he might have been a sleaze in some respects he did at least seem rational enough to where I'd work for the guy. Let's face it, based on Vince's onscreen persona would you want to work for this guy? He's insane and ill tempered and might literally make you kiss his ass on TV. Bischoff at least seemed heelish and smarmy in a realistic, corporate manner. Wrestlers can at least talk to the guy without him blowing a gasket.
Dandy Posted September 25, 2006 Report Posted September 25, 2006 I could make an Eric Bischoff return work on paper: Coach was Bischoff's right-hand man forever on Raw. McMahon fired Bischoff and waited around forever to have an official replacement for him. McMahon was super-busy with Shawn and eventually DX, so he hired Coachman as his assistant to take care of the day to day nuances of the position. DX injures both McMahons, leaving Coach temporarily in power. Coach would rather work for his old friend Bischoff than Vince, so Coach brings Eric back, and gives him a contract stating he can't be fired for some time or he gets a large severance package. Coach hands over all power in the process.
razazteca Posted September 26, 2006 Report Posted September 26, 2006 How many times has Eric been fired and rehired as the GM of Raw?
Conspiracy_Victim Posted September 26, 2006 Report Posted September 26, 2006 I could make an Eric Bischoff return work on paper: Coach was Bischoff's right-hand man forever on Raw. Coach would rather work for his old friend Bischoff than Vince, so Coach brings Eric back, and gives him a contract stating he can't be fired for some time or he gets a large severance package. Coach hands over all power in the process. Why would Coach voluntarily give up his power, no matter how temporary, to Eric? Coach always seemed like the corporate whore who would do anything to hoard what little power he could get his hands on. Plus, when Vince gets the jones to stroke his ego on TV again, you're stuck with Eric vs. Vince. Heel/heel leadership feud? No one's the winner in that one.
Vampiro69 Posted September 26, 2006 Report Posted September 26, 2006 Man, Raw needs a new theme song.
Conspiracy_Victim Posted September 26, 2006 Report Posted September 26, 2006 Power outage! Cut to camera 6!
Vampiro69 Posted September 26, 2006 Report Posted September 26, 2006 What the hell is with the lights?
Downhome Posted September 26, 2006 Report Posted September 26, 2006 Ummm, did the lights really blow out?
Gary Floyd Posted September 26, 2006 Report Posted September 26, 2006 For some reason, I'm liking this opening for Raw

Downhome Posted September 26, 2006 Report Posted September 26, 2006 This is a fantastic way for WWE to follow up on the latest Kurt Angle news.
Hawk 34 Posted September 26, 2006 Report Posted September 26, 2006 It's like a house show on national tv.
humongous2002 Posted September 26, 2006 Report Posted September 26, 2006 The Curse of Kurt Angle attacks!!!
ChrisMWaters Posted September 26, 2006 Report Posted September 26, 2006 I'm sure that the themes are just plugged in from the truck for TV. That's what they did the Smackdown where Booker won the battle royal where they lost sound.
Vampiro69 Posted September 26, 2006 Report Posted September 26, 2006 HHH- These lights are like Goldberg, they refuse to work.
RonL21 Posted September 26, 2006 Report Posted September 26, 2006 Im calling it....The world's largest pop when the lights come back on....
Downhome Posted September 26, 2006 Report Posted September 26, 2006 So the fans can't hear any of this audio?
RonL21 Posted September 26, 2006 Report Posted September 26, 2006 Why isnt this as bad as it could be.......iT could be worse....
Hawk 34 Posted September 26, 2006 Report Posted September 26, 2006 So the fans can't hear any of this audio? They're using the house mic, I believe.
Open the Muggy Gate Posted September 26, 2006 Report Posted September 26, 2006 This is the greatest night in the history of this great sport.
UseTheSledgehammerUh Posted September 26, 2006 Report Posted September 26, 2006 They have to use the indy show microphone.
Conspiracy_Victim Posted September 26, 2006 Report Posted September 26, 2006 Dark matches all night I guess.
