The black borders are unneccesary and the picture itself looks like it was shot with a cheap disposable camera.

If the black borders represent the person on the ground opening his eyes, and see's a group of people and a gun to his face, then the execution is done well.

And sometimes he's all like "hey, I ain't gonna be held down by THE MAN" and there is usually a parental warning lable and stuff
