- DX left the building after claiming the bounty by taking themselves out. Shawn Michaels stole the 10k from Coach.

- Jeff Hardy beat Johnny Nitro to become the new Inter-Continental champion after rolling through a moonsault by Nitro and getting the pinfall. After the match, Nitro attacked Hardy and laid him out using a ladder.

- Outside the building, DX are shown wanting to use Coach’s money to buy tickets to get back inside. They struggle to get any, so try and buy some from Cryme Time.

And the point of Nitro regaining last week was...

- Graphics are shown on the Tron running through the Survivor Series card, then DX are shown coming into the building through the crowd and sitting at ringside.

I was wondering how long it would take for them to put Hardy in a ladder match and I would imagine they are planning for Hardy/Nitro: Ladder for raw next week or the night after Series.

- Mickie James beat Lita in a non-title match. The pre-match stipulation put in place was that Mickie had to wrestle with both of her legs tied together, but DX distracted Lita, allowing Mickie to hit her with a DDT and get the win.

Wow this sounds fucking awful. Lame DX skits and lame match stips. Legs tied together? Masterlock on Lawler?

I thought TNA were the ones who hired Russo.

Conversely, ECW looks very good.

I'm all for having longer matches on Raw but not another pointless DX vs Raw tag team jobbers match. Wasn't Masters getting jobbed out to Crazy a month ago and a general joke, now they are doing the masterlock stuff again?

How they write a solid block of TV for tuesdays and fridays but shit the bed for Raw befuddles me.

- Jeff Hardy vs Johnny Nitro in a Ladder Match for the IC Title was announced for next Monday’s show.

- Edge and Randy Orton beat Ric Flair and Roddy Piper to win the Tag Team titles. Piper was taken out early on, leaving Flair alone. Edge and Orton pretty much destroyed him, winning the tag belts after a spear by Edge. After the match DX hit the ring and brawled with Edge and Orton, RAW coming to a close with DX left in the ring as Orton and Edge stood by the top of the ramp.

So DX will be going after the tag titles now? No wonder why they've been squashing the tag divison so much.

Because this is the show Vince cares the most about so that means it's the one he's putting his nose in the most......

This is the type of lame shit Vince likes and wants to see, plus it doesn't help that HHH is also on this show so it's likely alot of shit he likes aswell.

Exactly. For ECW and SD they just wait till the day before and say "well shit we've got nothing - um I guess just show a bunch of matches or something!"

Their writing staff has no talent so the less time they spend on a show the better. The more effort they put in the worse it gets. DX wandering around outside the arena trying to buy tickets? This shit reeks of WCW downfall era.

What was the point of bringing in a bunch of tag teams to job them out in 2 on 1 matches? More WCW logic.

Smackdown and ECW are written with great detail, usually letting the in-ring product speak for itself. They got smarter writers and bookers overall on those shows but it's the failed hollywood writers, Gerwirtz and Stephanie running the Raw show with Vince's giant ego pulling the strings.

They spend more times going through the aisle at blockbuster looking to spoof 80's comedies for DX skits then they do on the show as a whole.

Finally, DX finds someone they'll actually job for.

It looks like they are teasing the Punk/Terkay program for down the line already.

Punk, finally gets a good deal of time and they made the most of it. Punk was pretty over here and I think Knox did better then he was given credit for in the spoiler. Kelly was pretty decent at her role and Im growing impressed by how much she has progressed as a valet since her awkward debut.

This was probably the first time since Punk's debut that he looked like a top star and it's good if they can keep the momentum going for him.

Also, I have to say the opening segment did a fairly decent job of making Lashley look more important.

Besides the episode on December 5th, ECW on Sci-Fi looks to be actually LIVE each week, through the rest of the year, and into January.

1.4 is still better then what most cable programing will get. Consider that 1.4 is better then what Spike draws with TNA and for TNA, it's their second biggest regular program on that network.

Sci-Fi is an even smaller network, their expectations aren't much for what has been built and promoted as a third brand show.

I heard if they drop below a 1.4 they are getting cancelled?? Is this true?

No, they would need to drop below a 1.0 considerably for Sci-Fi to even consider slamming the coffin shut. Although Sci-Fi does have some expectations for the show and I doubt constantly eroding ratings is making them smile. But ECW is safe for at least a year I'd say unless it really falls apart.

ECW is definitely much better than Raw, but they need to use the one hour timeslot more wisely. Very short promos and more time for each match. I would have a maximum of three matches.

The matches on this week's show were to short.

Smackdown is still far better than Raw or ECW.

I finally watched my ECW tape tonight after avoiding spoilers all week:

The opening segment was probably the best of this new ECW so far. I honestly marked out. I'll take Lashley over Holly in a main event any day of the week.

Knox/Punk was pretty darned good for the time it got. I was pleasantly surprised. I was also relieved to see Punk not being an idiot and falling for Kelly after the match. Knox held up his end of the match, don't front. Seeing Punk leading the run-in at the end of the show was a neat "hey, now he really is fucking with these guys" moment.

Heyman's group works when you see them all together as it is now. I'm glad they moved Knox away from the group, since it was in danger of growing too large. I was hoping Heyman would announce Lashley/Sabu as an ECW welcome, but I guess that's something you'd want to save since all of the ECW originals will kill themselves and make Lashley look like the Destroyer of Worlds.

Speaking of which, has a show lacked Sandman and Sabu so far? The only original ECW workers who were on this week were Dreamer and RVD.
