CanadianChris Posted January 14, 2007 Report Posted January 14, 2007 Game, set and match, Bears. Or not.
razazteca Posted January 14, 2007 Report Posted January 14, 2007 Maybe its time for a long field goal miss and a Hester kickoff return CFL style.
Brett Favre Posted January 14, 2007 Report Posted January 14, 2007 "We want the ball, and we're going to score!"

Guest Smues Posted January 14, 2007 Report Posted January 14, 2007 Well thank God THAT'S over. Time for the Doug Buffone & Ed O'Bradovich Postgame ShoWii Why did it say Wii? I said w ! ! You can thank Marvin for that. Everyone got sick of him calling the Nintendo Wii the Nintendo W ! !
Guest "Go, Mordecai!" Posted January 14, 2007 Report Posted January 14, 2007 Let's talk about it. Congratulations to kosher kicker Robbie Gould and the Chicago Bears, this is a great win, even though God/The Republican Party didn't destroy Chicago. Way closer than it should've been, but it's a win, and let's hope they get it together and knock the Saints out.
Guest "Go, Mordecai!" Posted January 14, 2007 Report Posted January 14, 2007 Why did he call it the W-exclamation-exclamation, anyway? The artwork isn't rendered that way, so I don't get it. Back on topic, helluva game for Alexander. Wow. Guy could not be stopped.
2GOLD Posted January 14, 2007 Report Posted January 14, 2007 That Bears run defense is very vulnerable up the middle. To the sides? Not so much. But off that right guard, Seattle was killing them. Why they went away from it when Alexander was getting about 10 yards plus a carry every time, I'll never know. Good game, great kick and solid win for Chicago.
The Man in Blak Posted January 14, 2007 Report Posted January 14, 2007 Pretty ballsy kick for a second year kicker. If you're going to establish a new career long, you might as well do it for the winner in OT in the playoffs. So we get Saints/Bears for the NFC Championship, the best two teams in the conference. That should be a hell of a game.
naiwf Posted January 14, 2007 Report Posted January 14, 2007 Just got home in time to find out that the Seawhos blew a golden opportunity to make it back to the SB. Let's go Saints.
snuffbox Posted January 14, 2007 Report Posted January 14, 2007 The NFC is absolutely dominating the entertainment factor in the playoffs.
The Man in Blak Posted January 14, 2007 Report Posted January 14, 2007 Oops, my mistake - I thought Gould's career long was a 48-yarder before that kick, but he nailed a 49-yarder in the regular season this year for his longest kick ever. At any rate, great kick, great game, and great game next week.
Art Sandusky Posted January 14, 2007 Report Posted January 14, 2007 Hey, the expected stinker of the week ended up going pretty well. Chicago will have its hands full with that New Orleans offense, especially if Joe Horn plays. For now, great win over the team that presented the biggest potential problem for them in the playoffs. Jones and Benson will have a much easier time running on the Saints' defense. Chicago's the only team in the league that I prefer to watch while they're on defense instead of offense.
naiwf Posted January 14, 2007 Report Posted January 14, 2007 Hopefully Chargers/Pats gives us something worth watching. The AFC playoffs have been horrible so far and I ended up missing what seemed to be the game of the weekend even though the dreaded Bears won.
Guest "Go, Mordecai!" Posted January 14, 2007 Report Posted January 14, 2007 So will our broadcasting friends even try to hide what they want out of this one? I'm feeling a "The Saints Are Coming" drinking game coming on.
Annabelle Posted January 14, 2007 Report Posted January 14, 2007 holla that ravens/colts game was the most boring game of the year. zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz snoozzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzze
Guest "Go, Mordecai!" Posted January 14, 2007 Report Posted January 14, 2007 Chiefs-Broncos says hello too.
naiwf Posted January 14, 2007 Report Posted January 14, 2007 Nice attempt at a jumping INT when there was no need to jump douchebag. Did the Chargers forget how to catch the ball since their last game?
CanadianChris Posted January 14, 2007 Report Posted January 14, 2007 Vikings/Packers FTW That was a curious decision on fourth down.
