strummer 0 Report post Posted April 21, 2007 Well it's pretty clear that Mike Pelfrey doesn't belong in the Major Leagues yet. He was shelled tonight and in his last start he only had two swings and misses out of 100 pitches. Also, is K rate was pathetic during the spring. I'm cursing Rick Peterson for messing with his stuff and trying to get him to "pitch to contact". It was obviously a small sample but last year he was showing some signs of being a tough power pitcher but then Peterson went and totally changed his pitching style.
