What's the difference between the Light Heavyweight Title and the Cruiserweight Title?

LHW was around during the IGN days, Cruiserweight was not. I wish I could remember why the LHW was deactivated and then why the cruiser was invented instead of just reactivating the LHW. Meh.

Also, Landon, I think you forgot Toxx on the 'Most title reigns' thing. he's got 4 world heavy runs. and junks.

I think that it was, at least, partially storyline related: my first year after getting bumped, I pretty much spent whatever time I wasn't feuding with Ejiro campaigning for the LHW title to be re-instated. GSMS, as commissioner, repeatedly told me that there were no plans to re-instate the LHW title, only for the ladder match between me and Taamo at Clusterfuck to turn out to be for the newly-instated World Cruiserweight Championship.

forgot this in my first post, but whoo-hoo, a whole year. huzzah and junk.

also, wild and dangerous, you can go to hell. i thought i was only like another month out from beating mag's record of most days ever with a belt (only it'd be better since it was in one reign), but you two gotta have those damn tag belts...defend them and lose to someone. and junk. grrr.

Hey, don't look at me: I've been asking for title defenses since we won the belts, and pretty much said that I'm exclusively working tags from the moment I dropped the WCC to Jakey (and I see no good reason for W&D to be booked in a match that's not for the titles). Of course, Johnny keeps asking for and/or getting booked in singles matches, so we can't very well have a title defense when my partner keeps doing other stuff... Maybe next week?

And it amuses me in a "for fuck's sake" kind of way that Muzz is congratulatory towards Drea on her record-breaking reign: as I recall, you were actively rooting for me and Johnny to get beat before we broke Divefire's record, and you raised all kinds of hell when Jay Hawke did it (even though he had way more defenses in fewer days than Drea does), but I guess since someone from the IGN clique won it back, you're cool with it? Whatever, dude.

That's exactly it, I won't deny it.

It's not like people haven't gushed over Hawke or W&D and your achievments, I just felt I should say something nice about Godrea.

Plus I've been trying to lighten up. This place brings out the worst in me because of the self-centeredness and ego stroking that goes on a lot of the time, which is one thing I really hate when it goes on and on. I'll freely have a go at Flesher for the same thing, I don't pick and choose. Godrea is one of the few people that rarely does, or has done that at all.

So really, if you have a problem with it, I don't care at all, but I'll apologise for taking it too far in the past. I won't take back what I said though.

To be fair, I've expected something from him towards me in response.

Don't know about anything else though.

I don't know what Sly's talking about, unless he's still bent out of shape over the fact that I used his character's name in a lame joke that didn't work. I mean, aside from that, I don't think I've said word one to Sly since he's been here, and haven't hardly said anything to anybody, other than to bag on Johnny during Skull Radio (which Johnny will vouch that I do to him all the time when we're having strategy sessions, and I do it all in good fun) in about a month or so.

I was under the impression that you have to, you know, say shit in order to be considered "ripping" on people...

Yeah, WC is quick to jump on me calling a lariat a 'side arm smash' or something. Not that I actually called a lariat that, but there has been equally dumb situations on my part.

I was figuring that WC was just plain mean, but what else could I honestly expect from a disgruntled old coot like him to begin with. Fuckin' Bahaman! B-)

EDIT: On a side note: I wonder who has the most title reigns? Not as in number of days but number of actual championships won. Like maybe a top 10 list for all time.

The one who reads my promo!

Actually, it would appear as though it is Wildchild with 12 total reigns.

It is, of course, highly plausible that I'm incorrect. I really cant count.

"(even though he had way more defenses in fewer days than Drea does)"

Now, I like to refrain from these kind of arguments, but uh...was there some other mammoth jay hawke reign? I recall him sitting on his belt like some sort of chair.

(Yeah, that's the best I could come up with. Chair.)

I hope Muzz is pacified by the fact that I'm one day short of equalling ELM with total days with the World Title. I'm shocked I have longest reign though, I thought he was still beating me on that as well. But massive congratulations to Drea for having a fucking YEAR LONG TITLE REIGN. And also thanks to Landon for taking the time to trawl through stuff and update this again.

In all seriousness, it would seem wrong for someone to have more days with the World Title than ELM.

Seconded. I had issues with him jobbing JJ to a chinlock in their submissions match, but we could always use a writer of his calibre.

As far as I know, but there's still an issue of respect. And yes, you can say that he was dropped onto his head onto a chair first, but it was still a chinlock.

EDIT: On a side note: I wonder who has the most title reigns? Not as in number of days but number of actual championships won. Like maybe a top 10 list for all time.

As a matter of fact, I keep track of that as well. I can post it up later if need be.

To answer your question, it's actually me ([Muzz]No wonder he keeps track of them[/Muzz]) now with 14. Johnny's got 13. Then WC 12, Flesher 11. That's only going on characters though, somebody might have more as a writer if they've had more than one character.

I was sure the entry to the Hall of Fame said that Thoth had 13 or something.

As far as I know, but there's still an issue of respect. And yes, you can say that he was dropped onto his head onto a chair first, but it was still a chinlock.

If I remember correctly, JJ was unconscious at the time. ELM put a chinlock on because it was a submissions match and won. Whats the problem? He was a heel, he used a chair, he used a cheap way to win.
