Matt Hardy & Ric Flair beat MVP and Chris Masters when Hardy pinned Masters with the Twist of Fate. Afterwards, MVP got on the mic and told Flair and Hardy that he beat both of them, and Hardy challenge him to a match and he would choose the stipulations.

 

Shows Kristal, Teddy Long, and Vickie backstage with Ron Simmons, Long asks Simmons to be his best man, Simmons accepts by saying Damn, ahem, yes.

 

Mark Henry beat some dude, squash, Henry gets on the mic and lets everyone know that no man or beast vcan beat him.

 

Jimmy Yang Wang & Torrie Wilson over Kenny Dykstra and Victoria when Yang pinned Dystrka with an awesome Asai Moonsault.

Kane beat Dave Taylor with the Choke Slam.

 

The Great Khali has a celebration filled with horrible indian dancers (2 of which were white, haha). Loud fireworks, Batista interrupts celebration and challenges Khali to a one on one match and takes down Khali. I would of popped for this if Khali came out in a camel or elephant.

 

Dark match has Batista and Rey Mysterio beating Finlay and MVP after Mysterio pinned Finlay with a Senton. Loudest pops for Batista and Mysterio, biggest heat was for Tony Chimmel all night.

I don't know exactly why but I just don't like matt hardy and I don't think I ever will. However, MVP was great in that exchange.

SD right now is a dead end show, at least until some guys like UT and Edge get back. Of course by then other guys might get hurt so it'll be trading one for another. Let's take a look at the champs on this brand:

 

World champ: Great Khali

Tag champs: Deuce and Domino

US champ: MVP

they can use this time wisely if they push certain guys. we always say matt hardy should be in waiting for a title, but what about chris masters???? i don't see the hate for him. he ain't the best in anything, but the way people talk they think he should be released. i don't mind him. or for that matter mark henry.

 

and amazingly, raw's champions have even less cred than smackdown's in my eyes. john cena's been champ for almost year why???? his luck's gonna run out vs. randy orton. at least there's a logical reason khali could be a champ, even if it's only because he's bigger than everyone else, it's still more logical than having the most 10 year olds screaming for you. the equivalent of hornswoggle's belt is candice michelle. why is she the champ??????? because she showed her boobs in playboy. at least hornswoggle's actually wrestled before and won in other promotions. domino got offense in on batista according to these spoilers, as opposed to the cena SQUASH of cade and murdoch on monday night. mvp and umaga i'd say are about equal, with's mvp's mic skills balancing out umaga being superior in the ring.

Don't hate on the squash match, man. Squash matches are how they used to establish a wrestler's moveset, and get him over. More squash matches accomplishes two things, in my opinion, both of which are positives for wrestling:

 

1) decreases the frequency in which name talent has to face each other on tv/ppv, making it more significant and interesting when they do wrestle.

2) more signatures/finishers, less rollups.

I don't mind a new guy winning a squash or 2 when they debut a new guy, but having an already established guy beating jobbers in squashes is just a waste of time
