Guest AndrewisyourHero Report post Posted November 12, 2007 Preview from WWE.com Preview:The Game: Let's Play November 12, 2007 Survivor Series captains Triple H and Mr. Kennedy will face each other in a Lumberjack Match this Monday on Raw, and the GMs of Raw, SmackDown and ECW have announced that the remaining eight members of the opposing teams be the lumberjacks. With Rey Mysterio, Kane, and Matt and Jeff Hardy backing The Game on one side and Finlay, Big Daddy V, MVP and Umaga giving Kennedy support on the other, Monday’s match could give a preview of what the Traditional Elimination Match at Survivor Series will be like. On Thursday, the cocky, loudmouth Kennedy appointed himself the captain of his Survivor Series team and immediately challenged The Game, who wasted no time accepting. With all 10 men involved in the Traditional Elimination Match under the same roof at the same time, Raw could potentially see a volatile situation this Monday. Will all hell break loose? Tune in to Raw on Monday night and find out. Also on Raw Shawn Michaels has floored WWE Champion Randy Orton with Sweet Chin Music an astonishing five weeks in a row. Will HBK be looking to make it a six-pack this week on Raw? Or will the champ be able to regain some momentum heading into Survivor Series? Hornswoggle, the smallest Superstar in WWE, will test his luck of the Irish when he faces the mountainous 7-foot-3, 420-pound Great Khali at Survivor Series. How will Mr. McMahon’s little bastard handle his dad’s dose of “tough love” as he prepares for the match of his life? Also, who will be able to slow down the dominant Women’s Champion Beth Phoenix? How will Santino Marella bounce back from his beer bath at the hands of “Stone Cold” Steve Austin? And will Cody Rhodes and Hardcore Holly be able to continue their tenuous-yet-fruitful partnership? We’ll all find out as Monday Night Raw airs live from Topeka, Kan. at 9/8 CT on USA Network.

foleyfanforever88 0 Report post Posted November 12, 2007 I thought Umaga was the captain of the other team? Kennedy took over. I guess they realized Umaga running a team didn't make much sense.
Boxer 0 Report post Posted November 12, 2007 Too bad they aren't doing another legends team this year. I think there are more than a few that could fill up one team.
mfn 0 Report post Posted November 12, 2007 Man.. Nothing comes across as appealing for tonights show. How many times is Randy Orton going to get punked out by HBK?
cabbageboy 0 Report post Posted November 12, 2007 It's obvious that Orton's title run isn't even being taken seriously by WWE. Did they only put the belt on him to build to him simply jobbing it to HHH?
Aero 0 Report post Posted November 12, 2007 According to WWE.com, Umaga has taken Kennedy's spot in the lumberjack match and remains captain of his team. DISSENTION~!
Diamonddust 0 Report post Posted November 12, 2007 According to WWE.com, Umaga has taken Kennedy's spot in the lumberjack match and remains captain of his team. DISSENTION~! Playing nitpicker here... But when has Umaga been shown as someone who can organize a "team" for anything? If there was any shred of logic to the situation, they would have had Kennedy or even MVP organize the team. Umaga is best as the hired gun/monster. Still, I know we're not dealing with a logical situation and Umaga is feuding with HHH so that explains him leading the team, but it does make sense for something like that to happen. Exslade ZX 0 Report post Posted November 12, 2007 Man, I hope Orton just destroys Michaels tonight. I'm talking the Crimson mask, throwing him through glass, ladders, whatever, I just hope he hurts him. Because it's ridiculous how much HBK's gone voer Orton. And hopefully tonight can be different, so there's some sort of logic to Orton holding on to the title at SS.

Scroby 0 Report post Posted November 12, 2007 Kennedy vs HHH could be a good match if it's a pretty back and forth match or a basic formula of heel taking over for most of it then the face rallies back then some offbeat finish happens....but it'll be probably be a HHH making Kennedy look bad type of match with the finish of the match being that Kennedy's team runs out to save him then HHH's team runs out to save him and then HHH and his team clear the ring and are standing tall when the show ends. RedJed 0 Report post Posted November 13, 2007 Kennedy/HHH would be a good program if things would have gone the anticipated way of Kennedy being Vince's son and whatnot, but without any real story between the two, I'm not feeling that at all.
