I've been making a return for a while now, but since I'm totally lame, I'm unable to make the decision myself. And I didn't want to derail WC's thread on characters, so here's this thing.

 

1. Should I do the returnulate?

 

2. Whoms I returnulation with? If you need/would like a rundown of past characters, I'll provide one, along with perhaps a brief description and an example match/promo. Also, keep in mind the possibility of brand new characters.

 

So, yeah, help would be appreciated and junk.
