All-Time NBA Roster Draft

Recommended Posts

Well round 4 should have most of the 50 Greatest cleared out, and some of the guys who have blossomed since then, so that's when you get into the guys that are good players and you have to consider playing styles as well.

I'm surprised Lebron and Tim Duncan are already being taken. There's so many good players from older days that have yet to be taken..

Just wondering... Is there a time limit for picks? I think people should send a list of players who they want to CW, to speed things up.

There's been a run on centers, so I'm going to join in... frankly, I'd take this guy in his prime over any of the others.

I knew Stock wouldn't make it past a Utahn. Well that's just great. Now what do I do. I'm certainly not going to draft Jason Kidd.

I'm glad Stevie didn't take him, since my back up plan was Olajuwon.

It's funny there were so many close calls cause I was debating between Duncan and Olajuwan but went with Duncan and his superior passing skills.

I thought for sure Duncan would fall to me at ten. Great minds think alike.

My dream first two picks were Duncan and Stockton. Back to the drawing board.

You are going to be messing up my draft the whole time aren't you?

Also I edited in Stock's Career Highlights I copy and pasted from NBA.com.

I think chemistry is going to mean a bit more than I figured the way this draft is going. Everyone here is like on the same wave length.

Well once you get past Jordan and Magic (and possibly Bird) there is no one else who is absolutely head and shoulders above every else at their position. And MJ is hard to draft around anyway.

Duncan is a top 10 all-time player and, for my money, fits this kind of team (each team will have atleast 4-5 recurring all-stars) better than anyone barring Magic.

I think he meant that everyone is pretty much going for a Big to start off their drafting, there's only a couple of really dominant centers left.

I thought he meant that everyone's drafting by picking guys who you could build other teams around. Not specifically bigs.
