Well once you get past Jordan and Magic (and possibly Bird) there is no one else who is absolutely head and shoulders above every else at their position. And MJ is hard to draft around anyway.

Duncan is a top 10 all-time player and, for my money, fits this kind of team (each team will have atleast 4-5 recurring all-stars) better than anyone barring Magic.

I thought he meant that everyone's drafting by picking guys who you could build other teams around. Not specifically bigs.
