Fish (and seafood in general) is probably the most widely reviled non-vegetable behind liver and onions and maybe tofu. Even here in Maine, there's a huge amount of people that don't eat any seafood. And everybody loves chicken. Rarely have I come across a person who hates chicken. It's almost as bad as hating pizza. I'm eating Eggs St. Charles tonight though (this is lightly breaded with corn flour and pan-fried trout with poached eggs on top) so this combines the best of both world.
