haws bah gawd Posted November 8, 2008 Report Posted November 8, 2008 Yea, Snitsky decapitating London out of the '05 Rumble match was impressive, indeed. My best London memories will come from that series of fucking kickass matches he had with Akio/Jimmy Wang Yang on Velocity. They were doing shit I've never seeen a cruiserweight wrestling WWE-style do before, such as London crushing Akio's skull with that DDT leap from the second rope. Enjoy.....
DrVenkman PhD Posted November 8, 2008 Report Posted November 8, 2008 I'm going to have to delete that video as it's also available on WWE.com's Legacy service. Thus, we're stealing.
Spaceman Spiff Posted November 8, 2008 Report Posted November 8, 2008 Oh, hey, I forgot about those London/Yang matches. London/Noble had 2 awesome matches on Velocity back in '03.
BruteSquad_BRODY Posted November 8, 2008 Report Posted November 8, 2008 Don't mock the new people, I had to do unspeakable things to draw them in... -------
DrVenkman PhD Posted November 8, 2008 Report Posted November 8, 2008 Psycho Penguin Qu'est-ce que c'est? fa fa fa fa fa fa fa fa far better Run run run run run away (Seriously though, don't).
Psycho Penguin Posted November 9, 2008 Report Posted November 9, 2008 I apologize for not knowing every gimmick of all the useless midcarders
haws bah gawd Posted November 9, 2008 Report Posted November 9, 2008 'S alright, don't let it happen again.
Psycho Penguin Posted November 9, 2008 Report Posted November 9, 2008 SIR YES SIR!! I remember Custom Chuckie P. Or whatever. That was a cool gimmick!
garfieldsnose Posted November 9, 2008 Report Posted November 9, 2008 Since when is Jimmy Wang Yang useless? How dare you.

Dobbs 3K Posted November 9, 2008 Report Posted November 9, 2008 I wish WWE would just quit hiring cruiserweight types for the most part, since they don't even have a belt for them anymore, and Vince has made it clear he doesn't give a crap about them to begin with. Still, London had a way longer run with the company than anyone would have expected. As far as Chuck Palumbo, I remember laughing at the guy when he first debuted on WCW Saturday Night, roughly ten years ago. He too probably got more notoriety and made more money than anyone would have envisioned back then. Now, hopefully TNA doesn't immediately sign either one of them.

Psycho Penguin Posted November 9, 2008 Report Posted November 9, 2008 Plus, when they put the world title on a cruiserweight everyone complained he was too small.
haVoc Posted November 9, 2008 Report Posted November 9, 2008 Plus, when they put the world title on a cruiserweight everyone complained he was too small. Well, Jericho is kind of small.
