NoCalMike Posted December 7, 2008 Report Posted December 7, 2008 It seems certain players get away with going offsides on a cosistent basis, and the announcers will write if off as "he timed the snap count" yet, I'm not buying it. When the crowd has enough time between the defender crossing the neutral zone to go "awwwwwwwwwwwwww wtf" and the ball still hasn't been snapped, it is offsides.
Jaxxson Mayhem Posted December 7, 2008 Report Posted December 7, 2008 WOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!! What a goal line stand!!!!!!!
NoCalMike Posted December 7, 2008 Report Posted December 7, 2008 Mike Tomlin, stop clapping you fool. In a close, low-scoring game you take the points. Seriously, WTF?

You can enter the neutral zone as long as you get back before they snap that ball.
devo Posted December 7, 2008 Report Posted December 7, 2008 This sucks. It's become patently obvious that the rest of the league has figured the Jets out but God forbid the coaching staff change anything. Miami already won and there's no way the Seahawks come back against New England. It's gonna be a three-way tie for the division which was essentially the Jets' for the taking two weeks ago. Christ. Last year was awful but if this team doesn't make the playoffs this'll be much more painful.

I am talking about when D-lineman are trying to guess the snap count and the lunge over as the ball is being snapped. It does work sometimes, but it is close enough that it should be watched more carefully, because that is a tremedous advantage for a defender to cross early.

The Niggardly King Posted December 8, 2008 Report Posted December 8, 2008 God damn, fucking Cowboys are a bunch of dropping pussys. Feels like whenever Pittsburgh gets any momentum going, a Cowboy is rolling over on their back and there's a 2 minute commercial break.
Cartman Posted December 8, 2008 Report Posted December 8, 2008 Woo Pats win ugly and lucky but lose half the defense in the process.
Psycho Penguin Posted December 8, 2008 Report Posted December 8, 2008 Jets are the most confusing team in the NFL.

naiwf Posted December 8, 2008 Report Posted December 8, 2008 Worthlessburger is lucky he plays in a dreadful division. His career would've been over by now if he played in the NFC East. He's been sacked 24 times in 4 games against this division, and if he had to play them six times a year he'd be a cripple by now given his inability to throw the fucking ball away.
NoCalMike Posted December 8, 2008 Report Posted December 8, 2008 Dallas gets away with an obvious PI there, but at least the FG manages to go in. Steelers still have a reasonable chance to tie if they can force a 3 & Out. The question is will the Cowboys run the ball to milk the clock and put the game in their D's hands or will they try and force Pittsburgh hand which has a higher risk/reward probabiliity.
CanadianChris Posted December 8, 2008 Author Report Posted December 8, 2008 Nice comeback win for the Broncos. Just need a win at Carolina next week or home to Buffalo the week after.
Psycho Penguin Posted December 8, 2008 Report Posted December 8, 2008 Nice comeback win for the Broncos. Just need a win at Carolina next week or home to Buffalo the week after. Actually, I think they just need a San Diego loss now, and they play SD at the end of the season IIRC.

naiwf Posted December 8, 2008 Report Posted December 8, 2008 That looks like a torn knee ligament or three. Scratch that as he got up right away.
Jaxxson Mayhem Posted December 8, 2008 Report Posted December 8, 2008 He did a fucking gator roll on that knee. C'mon Romo. Drive it down the field and win the game.
naiwf Posted December 8, 2008 Report Posted December 8, 2008 My prediction here is a pick 6 by Polamalu.

Well, I think SD will lose before then, and Denver might sneak a win against Buffalo out, so it probably won't even come down to the last game. SD is having a really weird disappointing season.
Jaxxson Mayhem Posted December 8, 2008 Report Posted December 8, 2008 How the fuck is pacman dropping EVERY FUCKING SINGLE KICKOFF AND PUNT?!??!?
NoCalMike Posted December 8, 2008 Report Posted December 8, 2008 yeah Tomlin, how was that decision to go for it feelin' now? Would have been 16-13.
jimmy no nose Posted December 8, 2008 Report Posted December 8, 2008 Nate Washington went all Rod Tidwell after that injury.
MarvinisaLunatic Posted December 8, 2008 Report Posted December 8, 2008 The Cowboys better fucking get a FG here.
Exslade ZX Posted December 8, 2008 Report Posted December 8, 2008 Holy shit, after all that defense earlier, looks like the Cowboys found a way to lose this game!?
Psycho Penguin Posted December 8, 2008 Report Posted December 8, 2008 My prediction here is a pick 6 by Polamalu. Close!
