Is it just me or do other people think Morrison would be the perfect HETEROSEXUAL male counterpart in TNA's Beautiful People? I could see Morrison flanked by Love and Sky as they rip on people for not being as hot as them.

When WWE made the decision to put the ECW World Title on John Morrison in 2007, I was fucking pissed. I knew CM Punk may have not been ready to be the brand's top star at that point, but come on, Johnny Fucking Nitro?! I will say though that the guy has improved by leaps and bounds since then, and is one of the more impressive wrestlers they have. His agility and flexibility are probably only matched by Evan Bourne, and he can almost always be counted on for a good showing.

Nah The Miz, as much as he is being pushed as the Chick Magnet, wouldn't really fit in the Beautiful People. There's a certain look that Morrison fits, as the glamorous old school rocker look, that fits with the "porn star hot" Angelina Love and Velvet Sky. The Miz is more like "the hot kid down the street".

I'd take Beer Money and LAX before Miz and Morrison.

 

Beer Money? You're just biased towards TNA then. Miz and Morrison are way better than Beer Money. Not so much LAX though.

 

And if people want a comparison for who Morrison would be similar to as a face, look at the troublemaking face Chris Jericho for example. That's the kind of push I'd expect for Morrison as a face. A guy relied on comedy to push along upper midcard feuds, but never taken seriously by the "real main eventers".

They work very well together and they get a good reaction from the fans. Plus anytime I get to see Storm ride around on his beer cooler with his beer helmet is good TV. M&M are a good team, don't get me wrong. They are one of my favorite things about WWE TV right now, but they are ok on the mic (with MIZ being the better one), Morrison just sound too wooden. And in the ring, they are above average as well. Morrison can bring it, and Miz is getting much better. It's also hard to compare two teams that aren't even in the same fed to go up against each other, but in my opinion, I enjoy BM more then I do M&M.

I hate hate hate hate hate hate hate Robert Roode. I don't know if it extended into Beer Money, but he always went from speaking in the second or third person in the same promo. Like from sentence to sentence. Maybe he finally fixed that, but it really grated on me. I haven't cared about Jacqueline since the late 90s. But James Storm is pretty great. Point is, they're nowhere near Miz 'n' Morrison.

You know, I think if you can prove they got the idea from this board you can sue for royalties, actually. I don't know the legalities of it, but I think I remember my friend telling me that bookers didn't read the Internet for ideas because they could get in trouble if they stole any. Miz and Morrison should win both brands tag titles - give them some distinction for their greatness. This would open up the possibilities of triple threat matches with reps from each brand going after their brands title or even the potential for Miz and Morrison to have to defend the titles twice in one night - once against the SD! No.1 contenders and then against the Raw No.1 contenders.

As long as they don't make it a menage a trois situation. Make it a professional/friend set-up of "A-listers" hanging out with "A-listers". Now down the line Maryse could side with Miz and turn on Morrison and be beating on him and have Melina make the save to reunite Morrison and Melina. Sorta like a Savage/Sherri/Elizabeth from the crowd bit that is still one of my favorite WWF moments.

 

I think the grouping would be brilliant though. However with McCool going heel, she's obviously going to be the alpha female heel.
