In those 2 rounds, you will be free to pick anybody left (whether it be someone still available or someone currently ineligible). foleyfan will pick first for the extra rounds (it'll be his turn anyway) so we'll basically do reverse order for the rounds where currently discarded people are available. Question...the extra two rounds for the left over picks... we don't have to pick from that list right, only makes sense.
