naiwf Posted February 2, 2009 Report Posted February 2, 2009 His right foot wasn't down, but this is the Steelers so the call will stand.
MarvinisaLunatic Posted February 2, 2009 Report Posted February 2, 2009 With the no forceout rule now, why dont DBs go after their legs to keep them from getting both feet down?
Guest Agent of Oblivion Posted February 2, 2009 Report Posted February 2, 2009 Both feet were down. Good call.
strummer Posted February 2, 2009 Report Posted February 2, 2009 I actually feel sorry for cardinal fans
MarvinisaLunatic Posted February 2, 2009 Report Posted February 2, 2009 theres no way the Cardinals score a TD in less than 30 seconds even with 2 timeouts.
bob_barron Posted February 2, 2009 Report Posted February 2, 2009 Am I the only one rooting for the Steelers? Yes! Yes! Yes! That was awesome!
Slayer Posted February 2, 2009 Report Posted February 2, 2009 Am I the only one rooting for the Steelers? I am sorta, if only because the thought of Bidwill with the Lombardi makes me ill
MarvinisaLunatic Posted February 2, 2009 Report Posted February 2, 2009 yeah..lets not try and get OB..
MarvinisaLunatic Posted February 2, 2009 Report Posted February 2, 2009 Does farrior's penalty count if the Cardinals keep possession somehow? lol..they dont even spend 5 seconds to review the call...haha
YourKock'sReallyGreat Posted February 2, 2009 Report Posted February 2, 2009 What a boring finish. We were so close to OT. FUCK.
naiwf Posted February 2, 2009 Report Posted February 2, 2009 They were able to "review" that play in 3 seconds, but it took 5 minutes the other time. I hate this league. Fuck the NFL and the Stealers for getting away with this shit twice in 4 years.
MFer Posted February 2, 2009 Report Posted February 2, 2009 Once again, the opposing team can't get to Big Ben at the most critical times (see: Chargers and Ravens prior to this). Oh well.
MarvinisaLunatic Posted February 2, 2009 Report Posted February 2, 2009 I cant believe they didnt go review that fumble, even if they really had no intention of reversing it anyway. I also notice they showed one replay of it, mentioned something about it being a fumble even if it was clearly not and then they havent showed it again.
Guest Agent of Oblivion Posted February 2, 2009 Report Posted February 2, 2009 Roethlisberger has to win MVP, too. His ability to stay on his feet under pressure and get the throw off was the key to that win.
bob_barron Posted February 2, 2009 Report Posted February 2, 2009 Good call, great game. I was getting restless in the third, but this was such a fantastic fourth quarter
garfieldsnose Posted February 2, 2009 Report Posted February 2, 2009 That was not a fumble. Ball was loose before his arm was coming forward. It was.
