Don't worry about it. It's cool.
Solid show this week, as usual. I'll throw some love to Gunner/Crystal. Great job there, Adam. And I still like the Brock Ausstin/Gibralter build. Having the jobber "kick out" of the F-Stunner-5 got a laugh outta me. I know we're not rating anymore, but if we were, I'd give this should probably an 8 or 9.
Uhm, he won the Rumble, and he won at mania, but between those shows, there was a total lack of effort.
Still, that's a win at the two biggest PPVs of the year. That's pretty damn strong, regardless of what happened in between.
I somehow doubt that. I can't see them putting as much effort into his push and then just taking the title off of him like that. WMXX was a milestone show, and I doubt Vince would allow Benoit to win in the Main event if he wasn't serious about pushing him strongly.
Oh I know freestyles aren't always recorded, but I've never heard the saying used for live battles or whatever, at least never by people who aren't in the industry. That's why it comes off fake to me.
He still comes off kinda fake there. In order for him to keep it on wax, he'd have had to put out a diss record in the first place, which he hasn't done.
Cool interview though.
He was great on the mic back in the Hollywood Blondes days and he MADE the 95/early 96 version of the Horsemen IMO. Pillman was awesome on the mic, and his Loose Cannon stuff alone should be enough to warrant a mention on this list. He was easily better than Bret or Shawn.
Whenever I go to the drive-thru at a McDonald's or something and they mess up the order. Especially when the clerk (or whatever you call those people who work the window) makes you repeat the order like 5 or 6 times before they finally get it right. Then after you get your food, and you're driving away, you look in the bag and see that after all the trouble they put you through, they still end up giving you the wrong thing.
I also *HATE* when you get a soda or whatever and they forget to give you a straw.
