You see my problem with Barry Windham is I first heard of him via his The Stalker days in WWF. This was when I started getting into wrestling, 1996, So that shit gimmick made me think he wasn't a particually good wrestler. Now I find it hard to accept him despite seeing some of his enjoyable older stuff. First impressions last, as the saying goes.

Thanks for the advice, but I think that something like Youku would still be easier. (As long as, like we've been saying, everyone loads it in advance. Time dependant I would like to join. Can I make a suggestion? I watch live streaming wrestling here... Justin tv. It's usually very reliable and for streaming not terribly slow. Plus it has live chat and watch video at the same time. Basically is combines a live MSN style chat room with the streaming video. Best of all it's in English. The only thing is it doesn't host the videos, somebody needs actually stream it from their PC. youku.com is chinese by the way so if anybody needs a translation of anything.

For years, the RIAA has claimed that having the IP address of a computer that has shared unauthorized files is the equivalent of having the evidence of who was actually sharing files. That, of course, is false. The IP address simply can help you know who paid for the internet access, but not who was using what computer on a network. In fact, this even had some people suggesting that, if you want to win a lawsuit from the RIAA, you're best off opening up your WiFi network to neighbors. It seems like this strategy might actually be working. Earlier this month the inability to prove who actually did the file sharing caused the RIAA to drop a case in Oklahoma and now it looks like the same defense has worked in a California case as well. In both cases, though, as soon as the RIAA realized the person was using this defense, they dropped the case, rather than lose it and set a precedent showing they really don't have the unequivocal evidence they claim they do. The RIAA certainly has the legal right to go after people, even if it simply ends up pissing off their best fans and driving people to spend their money on other forms of entertainment -- but, if they want to do so, they should at least have legitimate evidence. It's good to see that some are finally pointing out how flimsy the evidence really is.

You're kidding right? Look at the totals of Witch Mountain......it's done a WHOLE lot better than 12 Rounds. Didn't The Marine make like 8 million or so the first weekend it was out? And I recalled it being in the top three the first week. Compare that to a number seven here, and most certainly, 12 Rounds bombed. There is no way to slice it otherwise really. I would imagine Taken will finally leave the top ten next week. Quite a run there. Maybe I am reading the various numbers wrong.
