I didn't find myself wanting to change pics after I replaced Hansen with Baba. The smile on Baba's face is what makes me notice the pic more. He looks very approachable and accomodating in the pic. It's a nice change-up.

Alina, Jeff and their ilk are gone from the board. They aren't quite as accessible as Chris unless other folks here have managed to keep in touch with them so this post was more like a waste to me than anything else by dragging some outside problems into TSM, which is something that I've seen discouraged around here before. Other than that, I see no reason to disagree with what you brought up. You're right on your point gtd.
