  1. I think if you find a good public toilet, shitting in public can be awesome. Course, I shit in an alleyway once.
  2. Do you own the DVD as well? ...And does anyone else on these boards enjoy Tim Buckley aside from me? Not yet. The Commercial album DVD fucked me up enough for the time being. Not least because Andy Partridge is credited as playing on the new tracks! I know that's him singing on "Margaret Freeman" from the original album, but I wasn't aware he did anything new for the DVD release. That might be it, then. As for The Clash, I think it's solid and I have a bizarre soft spot for 'Jail Guitar Doors' for some reason, but yeah, it's not a classic.

  4. Val had a solid match with Vis? Shit! Effort.

Update: And the partisan crowd goes mild as both Sheff teams prove to be unable to go up were they in a twatting lift. Course, Owls had to rely on Chesterfield winning to stay in the top six, and that's a sure sign you've had it. Nearly hit the roof when The Chief put them ahead tho...
  6. Hehe, it looked like the new Bloodhound Gang album was gonna take longer to finish than Chinese Democracy...
  7. Eskimo is currently enjoying increased circulation also.
  8. I hate HHH, and I didn't get a thread.
  9. ...alledgedly!
  10. Motorhead ain't worth it anymore. HHH's theme wasn't exactly earth shattering at WM.
  11. Pink Flag is in stiff competetion with Seamonsters now. The Butthole Surfers' Locust Abortion Technician is up there, too.
  12. They're ok. They were fucking shite live when I saw em, but I've seen footage from their other shows and it was quite good. They must have known I was there.
  13. 'here's you're fucking meal, you fucking family' Effort.
  14. I'm still a massive fan of Alice as a 'complete' Waits album. Rain Dogs is equally awesome. I think Seamonsters is one of my favourites ever too. It is in competition with Kimono My House at all times. I can never decide whether 'Dare' from the former or 'Equator' from the latter is the best song ever. I usually cop out and just go for 'Another Girl, Another Planet'.
  15. The Kaiser Chiefs can fuckity fuck fuck off. Leeds scum.
  16. Yeah, but I'd be the same with the other albums you listed, give or take. None of them, including Weezer, are among my favourite albums, but they are all a fine representation of their respective sub-genres of mid-nineties commercial rock.

Tonight should be interesting, both Wednesday and United have crucial games to their respective playoff campaigns, and I, along with the other owls fans are watching the Blades game at a blades fan's house. He is our best friend but it could still turn nasty...
  18. Saturn and AWK still get my love. Saturn cos he got shot whilst saving a woman who was being raped, and AWK cos his second album was fucking great, just as good if not better than his first. But PLAGIARISM! is the title of a Sparks album of remixes, Faith No More collaborations and orchestral versions of old classics. It rules.
  19. Indeed, and the man has wrestled since. What a legend.
  20. Big Black - The Rich Man's Eight Track Tape fuck yeah. 'He's a Whore' will probably always be my favourite, however.
  21. They've been on my list for a while. I too will take any recommendation for a starting point.
  22. I'm not the biggest weezer fan, and I'd definitely put it on that level.
  23. I enjoy the approx. 1% of goth chicks that aren't creepy tubs of lard OR hideously made up rakes.
  24. Piper! What more do you need?
