I'm not convinced. Booker always puts forth a solid effort and I think he was over enough to warrant a big push at one stage, but we don't need another 40-year old in a main event slot when his popularity has seen it's peak.
I don't see any reason why not, but not many have come close to Austin in the past 10 years for marketability, regardless of race. Booker's not a great worker, Shelton needs a proper singles run with the IC belt without all this 6-man garbage crap. Then we'll see.
Bastards, I had between 7pm-8pm our time and he held on till 8:37. Twat. I got all excited with the scrolling updates as well.
" Pope remains in grave.....condition"
With Manson, I still think antichrist superstar has some decent songs on it, but I've not been a massive fan since. He's done some decent singles since then, but 'Personal Jesus' was the best, another cover. He picks em well, though.
heh, our one of our international callups wasn't available for league action due to being on intl duty, where he was suspended. No use to anybody! Fortunately they dropped him from the intl squad in the end and he was able to aid our loss to Huddersfield. So yeah, we had the last laugh there...
I don't think he should've been banned, but nor would I piss and complain about not being let into the WWE folder for a while. Trust me, you missed fuck all. Batista~!
All the stuff I've seen was worthless, Shawn carried him to an average affair with a shite finish at WM9, that's the only thing that comes to mind. It's weird though, he was over for a fairly long time considering he never really distinguished himself. I guess in the ring his schtick was no different to Hogan's in many ways, but it's not as if he had much charisma.
What we need is more Metallicas! chugedy chug-chug!
Anyone who hasn't yet realised how silly 'tallica were in the first place will like Shadows Fall. But Corey's OK.
Update - As I already knew, Fun House is fuckin' A. Suicide is also. I like Cave's new ones, but there's probably a couple of duff tracks he could have jettisoned and just released one CD. Wouldn't have had the nifty hessian packaging though! And The Cramps are The Cramps. Hell yeah.
Yesterday -
The Stooges - Fun House
The Cramps - Psychedelic Jungle
Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds - Lyre of Orpheus/Abattoir Blues
Suicide - Suicide (w/Live at CBGB's & 23 Minutes over Brussels)
I can't listen to Grand Prix all the way through, so I guess that's Bandwagonesque off the shopping list. Seriously, it's ok, but I don't see how it contributes to music in any way at all.
