  1. I disagree ... I think the intent of that scene was to give us, the viewers, the indication that Locke asked her to help BECAUSE it was her birthday. And to leave us wondering how he knew. It's too big of a coincidence that of all the castaways to ask him to help make the cradle, and of all the days to choose to make it, he just happened to choose her birthday?!? exactly
  2. Probably, but I'm gonna run with it
  3. I agree with this sentiment. I also think that American Dad is absolute garbage and one of the worst shows I've ever seen. I dunno about worst, I mean, there's the Mullets...but unfunny and derivitive, absolutely
  4. But Locke knew, too. Plus he knew it was Claire's birthday, he probably knows that Hurly's a millionaire, and everything else. Didn't Claire mention that it was her birthday to Locke during the making of the cradle? I'm thinkin' she did. Yeah, she did. But he'd already asked her to help AND had already started making the cradle before she said anything. Don't you think that asking her to help out (something she was grateful for) and the fact that he was making a cradle for her on her birthday is a pretty big coincidence?
  5. Please. There is no way Rob would pretend it was Nick Carter... ...he pretended it was Aaron Carter...

  7. but Locke is the one who knows everything
  8. think the lack of depth perception would make that more difficult?

  15. True, during next season (or maybe the 3rd) they could take the focus off the flashbacks and focus on the myteries of the island or maybe just do one episode for each character per season
  16. and it needs to include a little boy with crutches "Sir, that is my ho!"
  17. It was Christian though some of the Trish/Vis stuff was really good. The delivery in the "What does Viscera mean?" exchange was especially awesome
  18. I doubt I'll get to give any sort of speech, but if I quoted someone, it would certainly be John Locke

  25. I'm sorry, but is the fact that an actually PUBLISHED book is talking about Austin QUITTING WCW to go to WWF worth nothing? That's worse than just bad writing. Bad writing you can't help. This is just complete lack of fact-checking. "Hey, wasn't Austin in WCW?" "Yeah." "But then he was in WWF." "Yeah." "He did really good in WWF." "Absolutely." "How'd he do in WCW?" "I dunno." "Bah, I bet he quit so he could go to WWF." "Probably." Published. It's not like finding out that he got fired and did stuff in ECW in between would have even been that difficult. This is just plain inexcusable.
