I actually didn't mind their music at the time. But I was 14 and didn't know any better.

Scientists discover small hairless rodents
Ravenbomb replied to Bruiser_Brody_'s topic in General Chat
Maybe the rodents wouldn't be hairless if scientists would just stop pouring acid on them. -

Well obviously it was Kryptonite distance fog. Have you noticed any rings floating in the air around town?

Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street
Ravenbomb replied to Taker666's topic in Television & Film
It was bad. I mean, I was expecting to have something of a "well, I don't like musicals, but it was alright" reaction. But no. It was bad. The musical numbers felt sloppily stuck in, Sweeney Todd was not likeable in the slightest, (who was supposed to be the good guy? That Hilary Swank looking guy that got off the boat with Todd? The Not-Christina-Ricci chick?), and I just felt like I was constantly getting bukkaked with Burtonisms. I shudder to think what Timmy's gonna do with Alice in Wonderland. -
There gonna be a stream of the PPV?

Jeff wins the title and Matt wins the Rumble, and they do a WMXX spot with the Hardy Boyz at the end of the show.

What about Slash/Scott Weiland?

The first group of girls were a bit irksome and it was fun seeing them get mangled in the car crash. And also the first half of the movie had Stuntman Mike in a bigger capacity, and I liked Stuntman Mike. The second group was more likeable, so the dialogue in that was easier to sit through, and the car chase at the end was really well done. I don't know if I liked it better than Planet Terror, and I don't think it should've gone last, but it was by no means horrible.

I dated one of those. Next guy after me she dated got her pregnant, and she got kicked out of her house.

Stupid people on TV freaking out over Mass Effect
Ravenbomb replied to AndrewTS's topic in Video Games
I hate the whole "Oh, it's not dads that are mostly playing the games, it's the little kids" shit. I'm not a little kid or a dad, why is it that only the two extremes exist to these people? -
Only Radiohead can get away with publicizing a concert tour by saying that the band isn't looking forward to doing it. I blame Scott Tenormen. That kid is just not cool.
-
Is that not from the same episode as "I'm cold and there are wolves after me"? Man, that's a great episode.

Apparently Andy Griffith said he never wanted to play any really dark characters again since Lonesome Rhodes in A Face in the Crowd got into him so badly.

Norbit got nomniated for like, 8 Razzies so the question is has a movie ever won both an Oscar and a Razzie? No, but James Coco was nominated for both Best and Worst Supporting Actor for Only When I Laugh in 1982. And Amy Irving was nominated for Best and Worst Supporting Actress two years later for Yentyl Last Temptation of Christ was nominated for at least one Oscar, and also a Razzie for Keitel's performance.

The same cannot, sadly, be said for their careers.

Yeah, I'm betting that'll be the animated picture lineup as well. Still, it'd be great if We Are the Strange were nominated. If it weren't STV I would've picked Bender's Big Score instead of The Simpson's Movie.

My feelings exactly. And whoever said the Piper/DiBiase/Roberts/Savage sequence was 2 of the best minutes in any Rumble, I completely agree with you.

Everthing should have random clips of Jake Roberts thrown in.

That was terrible, I hope they never have those guys act together again.
