I'm not pissed with Orton at all. I wasn't expecting a godly match as Edge was after all gone for 14 months, so working with someone new wouldn't be Edge's cup of tea. I was expecting this to be a lot better, but I understand how these two might've done worse (which could've been possible, it wasn't horrible, but definitely not worth the amount of press they gave this). Then again, I'm highly disappointed with Edge. He should've done better.

And I couldn't believe that I'd be thinking that Edge being the vetern we wouldn't be seeing him fuck up not ONCE, but TWICE. Ugh... This sucks. Tonight sucks.

Well it pisses me off. All of my starts have ERAs of 2. I mean, I'm now 8-5 since restarting, and I'm playing like shit since getting back into this. My starting pitchers have been awesome for me, but the relief and my hitting has been absolutely horrid. I'm half tempted to trade a player (I'm thinking Everett as the bastard isn't doing me a thing) for some rookies or something. It is absolutely brutal lately with how badly I'm playing. Edit: Speak of the devil. Everett says that his current contract has him questioning his motivations. He's so fucking traded. Along with Batista and Chavez. I'm calling up James. Fuck this shit. Well, trade done. I got a little more cash out of the deal, also signed James up for a second season for exactly the same contract, so bonus there. Happy times.

I want to cry. I really do. I had my best pitcher, Chris Morris, up pitching. He goes up and holds my opponents to 2 fucking runs the whole game. I managed to get a run in like the bottom of the sixth. You think I can capitalize on that inning? Or perhaps the fact that Chris Morris went a full nine innings and gave up three full hits in the top of the ninth, only to get every single batter after the bases were loaded to hit directly to Cabrera so that Cabrera could throw it to home to get the forced out? Dammit. I want to cry. This guy is my best pitcher on my staff (geez, I wonder why) and yet my team performs sub-par in every single one of his games. It makes me sick at this fact. Absolutely sick. I'm so pissed at losing that last game. I should've won it. Yet I lost. Edit: Just to add to how fuck up this is. Chris Morris IP - 66.2 (2nd, best is Halladay of TOR who's got 70.2) ERA - 2.03 (11t, best is M. Clement of CHC who's got a 1.19) AVG - .214 (13th, best is Lohse of MIN who's got .197) SO - 54 (6th, best is B. Zito of OAK with 59) BB - 0 (Tied for 1st with pretty much the rest of my starting staff, I don't walk) CG - 6 (1st) I mean, the guy is my fucking best pitcher, putting up stats that would drive anyone insane, and yet I can't win the for the guy. It's pretty damn sad.

I'm not going to be surprised if this was true. I mean after all, looking at the lineup for Judgement Day, I can honestly say they really don't care and sure are making it look like a "B" show.

The only way 3D games would work on a handheld is if, you dumb them down. Or make it something pick up and go, which usually means action/adventure/strategy RPG like (with save points every five minutes). Seriously, I don't see how this will work myself.

Well, I've gone 8-4 since restarting my Dynasty mode up, so I haven't lost a step in playing the game. However, the weirdest thing happened. The Toronto Blue Jays traded away Carlos Delgado for Andruw Jones. I'm just shocked that the Atlanta Braves would give up Jones for Delgado, especially considering Delgado's been performing sub-par in my Dynasty.

I just had the luck of bad fish. Honestly, I'd get the bad ones and that was it.

Andrew haven't you realized by now that to make a game of a series (be it whatever), you must make the game be a connection to the series, but not actual appart of the series. Like it'll be about some minor character with all the Bebop characters doing cameos and the Bebop Universe. That's about all. I'm beginning to wonder what the hell Sega and Nintendo's huge blockbuster surprise is. I'm also expecting a few games that aren't listed on here to show up, like Phantom Brave for example.

I don't think it'll be as good as everyone raves about, honestly. It'll be good, but not much better than any other RPG out there. I'm almost getting a Neverwinter Nights feeling out of this game. Which means it'll fall short.

Yeah? I never let Cid die as many times as I played through it. What does she do? Basically gets all weepy and stuff, tries killing herself (although, I think it is done either way, it makes it seem easier to swallow with Cid dying). It pretty much the only time she does anything of notice in WoR.

Celes becomes obsolete when you get to the World of Ruin. When everyone got a party of five, how many actually kept Celes in their party? I know I certainly didn't. While Celes wasn't very captivating, she did have a personality that was just flawed. As they had her play out as someone frosty and cold, and not in connection with her feelings. If they had actually played out the Locke & Celes story out better, I think it would've made her transformation into a "normal" person a little better to swallow, and might've actually given her a little bit more of us giving a damn about her in WoR. As she absolutely does NOTHING in WoR of notice, till Locke shows up, and it isn't all that much when she does see him and Rachel. Now if you let Cid die, Celes shows off a personality that we should get to see more of, but we see nothing of it afterwards. Why do that? You let everyone else get something of mention that adds to their character, but the little bit that Celes shows just shows her getting open with the world (even if Cid lives), and that isn't really full character growth. But rather getting the character to break out of its mold and be ready to evolve. Celes should've been able to talk to Locke after Rachel dies and let Locke know that he meant something to her, even if she says just a friend. There is no conclusion with how she feels, unless you count her ending, and that feels like a cop out as you don't actually see her do that. I'm not saying Celes wasn't an intriguing character, as she was. But a lot was dropped in what they could do for story. For all the characters they added to FFVI (and this is my main peeve with this game), is that if you slashed off some of the more not really needed characters, they could've devoted their time to building up the FFVI main characters into probably the best cast out there (which, for me, is reserved for Chrono Trigger's gang). At least, this is why I won't vote Celes over Kain.

So then pick up Beserk? Alright. I'm willing to give any anime a shot. Anyone have any favorite cheapie spot to pick up animes? I know that a lot of good places are probably online, but I'm sadly without a credit card to send the money, so anyone got it cheapie? Otherwise, I'll just be having to see what my local Microplay can get (although, I can probably get a deal there, since I'm like a big customer there, apparently).
