I think the fact that the Cards have really fallen off had more to do with the sweep than the death of Hancock. They really aren't good this year no matter how much the simpleminded Espn-types want to believe they are simply because of their recent successes.

Was Josh Hancock part Mexican or something?
-
The finall tally on that series was 23-3. Brutal.
-
Chris Capuano pitched three scoreless innings but had to leave with a bruised calf. Carlos Villanueva will now end up with his second game so far pitching more in relief than the starter.

Supposedly Rage will be playing at Alpine Valley in Wisco on August 24.

Needs Cheney lurking behind some shrubbery.

The liberal media will not allow Bush to look 'worse and worse'.

Can't be a team that has been bad for awhile. Teams can never improve in competive sport; that best-record territory is for media darlings only.

A huge increase in terrorism after this Administration fumbled the handling of the worst attack on American soil since Pearl Harbor is 'nothing to get excited about'? I know it's not the same as bumping into a Mexican on the sidewalk or anything like that but still seems like kind of a big deal.

Brewers beat the Cards 12-2 and are now 17 and 9. I wish I could feel better about these massacres of the Cardinals. Brewers are really looking good, though.

With Moss off the table, maybe Green Bay can give Keyshawn a contract for a year or two.

They look like extras from a Welcome Back Kotter classroom. So lame.

Between 550 & 600.

Also, no one's hating the Eagles because they get played a lot on the radio; they're being hated for being absolutely fucking awful. And that Hinder comparison is really, really stupid and inaccurate. Nope. Pretty much dead on. Two pretty-boy bands writing songs for girls and twits.
-
They're nothing alike. No, they don't sound alike. But they both wrote recorded songs with the same sole intention, to get played on the radio. Journey was the Hinder of its day.

I enjoyed their set at Bonnaroo last year for the most part. I was a bit distracted by the highest temperatures of the weekend, though.

http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/18399660/ Thank God for the Bush Jr Administration.

I agree that the Eagles are lame...but don't a bunch of you like Journey? How does that classic-radio-rock-bullshit staple get a pass?

The baseball world needs the Des Moines Pigfuckers.

Milwaukee in a nationally-televised game? Wow.

While PBF wining by a lopsided decision is pretty likely, I don't see him (he has never shown really destructive power at any weight) moving all the way up to 154 and stopping a guy that's only been ko-d once (by a legendary middleweight with a bodyshot...not by Mosely, Trinidad, Vargas, or anybody else at welter-middle with real power) in the 6th round. I want Oscar to win but I'm not particularly confidant, though.

Last weekend's Houston series was almost completely sold out, but don't let that get in your way. And 'nobody' went to those Indians games in Milwaukee.
-
That's a scenario I definitly don't see happening.

Even the simplest of jokes is a hoped-for argument with Choken One.
