I hope it doesnt sell out early...or Ill be using ebay in April. Radiohead did manage to sellout Coachella in '04 (capacity of 50,000 I think) but also had the returning Pixies, Cure, and Kraftwerk to help. Bonnaroo will have an 80,000 cap but its going to be Radioheads only American fest this year and first tour of the States since I think '03.

There were dozens of Warrior Warriors. I mustve heard the newz of one dying every other week for the entire span of 1991-1996. Its been the same guy since then though...John Hedgewik. -
Shannon made damaramu seem like a hippie. I dont remember any names I mightve used before. But I can never forget a fat creepy guy's brain degenerating live on the internet.

The Journalist is in this thread...I hope the response to all our disrespect is met with more of his scathing wit.

Pitchfork has to be among the stupidest entities on Earth...though Im sure theres a few people here who hold it to Biblical standards. In an article listing Coachella bands they mention Tool as being a 1996 band, despite the facts that they headlined Coach in '99 (one of the reportedly best and safest days in the fests history) and were still enormously popular as of Lateralus. What is the deal with trying so hard to be indie? I honestly dont get it.

Theres more great fights (with fighters giving everything in the ring) now then there have been in at least ten years. Outside of the hevyweight division this is a gilded era for boxing.

If you dont like the dialogue of 'smarks'...why did you come to thesmartmarks.com? To tell us all about your brilliant theory that 4'7 is closer to 7'4 than 6'10 or whatever? Do you happen to know a Dave that works in the field of Journalism?

Am I a poseur for digging Staind's first cd? Am I retarded for thinking Marcus Harrington was/is a better vocalist than Chino Moreno? (taking absolutely nothing away from Chino) Where did One Minute Silence fall into categorization? Nu-metal as well?

I really doubt Carlos Baldomir has any problem with making alot more money vs. Gatti than with any other welterweight contender...especially with Zab/PBF ties up together. Its the only fight currently available to him that might net him a million dollar check.
-
Gatti drew almost 12,000 people to the Boardwalk for a fight with a largely unknown Danish fighter. The undercard was pretty weak beyond hardcore boxing circles. That is why Gatti-Baldomir will probably happen.
