I remember when Gore looked like he was about to fucking bum rush Bush during one of the debates. That rocked.
I miss the 2000 election. It was fun. This year's just boring.
Seriously, Bush has got to be one of the most polarizing Presidents ever, with multitudes of anti-Bush groups popping up and such, while people pop up to support him on the other side. You'd think that Kerry could ride that anti-Bush sentiment to a victory, but I look at the guy and listen to him and I know I'll vote for him, but only because he's the most viable alternative. He hasn't captured my attention at all, and just looking at the guy makes me feel bored. As far as I'm concerned, the only reason this'll be close is for the same reason I'm voting for Kerry, and that's that people will take the alternative, no matter how un-electrifying it is.
Well, that and most of the states have already pretty much dialed in who's winning them.
