Metallica Cancels Tour Mental exhaustion may have been a factor... South American Metallica fans are dishearted as Metallica has cancelled their upcoming tour. The tour was set kickoff on Saturday. Reasoning behind the cancellation has been vague, citing “Physical injury and mental exhaustion.” This is the first time in Metallica’s 22 years of touring that they had to cancel a tour. Source: Much Music/411 OK, what will the rumors be? 1) Too much bad press from St. Anger. 2) Counseling for Lars after a mental break down 3) James fell off the wagon? 4) Kirk's wig fell off and couldn't find it? 5) Blame it all on the bass player?

Bret also worked for the company 12 years at that point and was thinking about retiring after dropping the title to Shawn. Shawn refused to job, faked an injury and lost his smile.

What the Hell is wrong with Flair? Flair has been married to the same women for years. He has kids who he supports. He doesn't get to spend as much time as he should with his family due to work, but at least he supports them. I always read he tries as much as he can to go to his sons matches/games and I think his daughters events. What have you done?

It probably means Taker should know he shouldnt be headlining PPV's for the title when their are other much more deserving guys on the roster right now. And Steph returning already at survivor series to join her father. No wonder people dont take McMahon storylines seriously.

I really wanted to see a survivor series match with Raw Vs Smackdown. So many disappointments, so little time.

I'll admit, I actually like two of Poison's ballads. "Every rose has it's thorn" and "Something to believe in." Why do I like these songs? Because they weren't typical "power ballads." They were stripped down and acoustic for the most part. They stood out from the rest at the time.

Poison *might* have been a decent band if they took the glam and excess not only out of their looks, but out of their sound. When I started this thread I said lyrics mean shit most of the time. I could care less about about most of these "whiny depressed little rats" myself.

Why wouldn't WWE want him to stay? They can really fuck with him then. Unless you're Hulk Hogan, no one gets "World Champion at least once" in their contracts. And lets face it, RVD isn't going to get creative control of his career in this life time.

I was going to add "All of the above" but that is too easy. Not many bands have all three traits in their music. It always seems like people judge bands by the lyrics to songs. Critics especially focus on that too much, IMO. Personally, I care more about musicianship. I care about the flow, groove and feeling I get from the music. More times then not I could give a rats ass what the singer is saying. I think a singers voice should be an extension of instrumentation. The voice should blend in with the music. Not over power it. Innovation in this day in age is way overrated. Bands like the White Stripes being critically praised because they supposedly sound different from everyone. I like the White Stripes, but damn they are overrated and RollingStone needs to get off Jack Whites nut sack. Anyway, what do you guys look for most in songs and bands?

Storm Vs Edge happen on January 7th like someone else said, which also was the night Triple H returned from quad 01. So their match was cut short so he could have his 15 minute walk to the ring and pose down.
