Not really, you either take Oklahoma or Oklahoma State and move them up while raiding a Conference USA school or maybe a school from the MWC or WAC. Moving Oklahoma up would still make the Red River Shootout an important game...but you still have a shot at a rematch of the two teams in the conference title game. I meant more Oklahoma or Oklahoma St. not being in the same division. I think the perfect team to join the Big 12 would be Arkansas.
