I'd say that the site's always open if someone with talent presents themselves. The problem is that I'm not even sure who'd make the calls on bringing on new talent these days, as Dames is Lost In Connecticut and most of the old guard (Dr. Tom, Helmet, Spree, OR Polk, etc.) have moved on or are rather inactive.

I *DO* work for a state department of Revenue, although not Pennsylvania, and organizations registered for most tax are supposed to notify the agency of any change in ownership once they submit their next tax form. Sales is a tax I know specifically requires the new owner of a business to be specified, although I'm sure that Corporate Income requires it as well. In ROH's case, they theoretically wouldn't have to submit the change in ownership until they filed their March sales tax, which would have been due around the fifth of the month and would be getting processed now. Granted, many states are pretty slow in processing anything associated with taxes besides the money they deposit.

There have been accusations over the past two years that Dave Meltzer intentionally killed the part of the story that made Flair look bad, as Meltzer is a big Flair fan and Flair is one of the guys he's in with. The Israelis have been more than willing to deal with the original owners of several territories as long as the original owners were willing to cease hostilities. The Palestinian leadership is either unwilling or unable to cease hostilities, which is why we're in the mess we're in. This is good in that they have blown most of the matchups on each roster. However, I thought it would be a limited number of trades between the rosters rather than a full-blown shakeup. The reason this is happening probably isn't due to Taker or Trips throwing a bitch-fit but, rather, because both Goldberg and Brock left. They actually had some plans while Brock was still in the picture but, with him gone, they scrapped everything and started over, much like Vince beating Flair the night Austin walked out in 2002.

According to several people, Rob's case has gotten coverage on CNN although Rob himself was not mentioned. Instead, it was a reference to the Philly cases and there was an excerpt from Rob's chatlog, the infamous 'lol ill pretend you said 18' bit. Also, there are other people saying that Rob will be under police investigation, possibly not for the events discussed in the Perverted Justice case but for prior events which may be uncovered now.

Loss, We've been friends for a long time and I respect you greatly. However, I'm disgusted by some particular details of Rob's bust (the $70,000 Lexus and his $10,000 houseboy worker ex) and I'm not ready to believe ROH's claims that Rob is completely gone yet and will be unwilling to support them until they can have more proof than their word. Since the RexPlex is demanding legal proof that Rob is 100% gone from the company, ROH will have to provide some documentation for the upcoming show to go on. If someone can provide a copy of that documentation and it appears correct, I'll step off ROH. Something like this would be right up the alley of The Smoking Gun.

The attackers took Messiah's thumb with them when they escaped, so he's got 4 fingers on one hand. He's actually worked that into a gimmick in his matches where he'll pretend to poke someone in the eye with a "thumb" and they'll no-sell it. As for the Raw Sewage match, it was promoted as being a raw sewage match but I think it was a glorified High Impact (scaffold) match. Rob Black was never known as a bastion of good taste.
