No way is Jersey the best team. I can guarantee that if they get the Senators anywhere along the way the Devils are toast. Toronto will blow itself out in a first round against Boston or Philly and if they make it to round 2 they'll be too blown out. Tampa Bay will make the second round but lose to a lower team like a Montreal, who will do very very well, I feel. Only the Islanders are a non-factor.
