Raven's official web page, www.theraveneffect.com, gives credit to Larry Sharpe for taking care of his training. He's given credit via storylines to Piper and Roberts, but I think that's more along the lines of once he was in the business they were people who pointed out things to improve his workrate, psychology, etc. Kind of like a mentor. As for the Sheik, I'm not exactly sure if and to what extent he had on Raven's training.

You could do the traditional routes, like him attack a woman, legend, turn on a über-face tag partner... Either that, or him cut a promo about not liking Reno 911. That'll make him a mega heel, at least in my mind.

I didn't think about that at first, but that is a good point about Ezekiel, Sp. I really enjoy/am intrigued by his character and presence in Spidey's life.

If they do kill of Bearer, it will be the first important storyline based death of a character. I don't count Al Wilson. THe thing is that it will come across being really lame though.

It's because they don't cut corners!!!!!!...I guess Exactly. It was founder Dave Thomas way of showing and reminding all his workers to do the job the right way. BTW, this is a really old thread. It's funny looking at some of the names of posters that aren't here any more.

It's a very interesting idea from a marketing stand point. I'm pretty sure this is the first time they've completely revamped any comic character for a foreign market.

He wound up getting let go of by WWF, bought the Patriot gimmick from Del Wilkes, and now does both the Salvatore Sincere/Patriot gimmicks at indie shows, even both in the same night.

I was seeing him as a face. He's gone balistic in an earlier tag match and in this one against Daniels because the 4H cost him the match. He got legitimately screwed, is a monster, and goes nuts.
