Remove the pretzel stick from the speaker jack.

The good thing is that if Mitchell really messes up, it's not like he's ruining the team. They really can't get much worse with their present line up.
-
I kind of agree with the maximum contract length. It prevents players from being stuck on a team. The higher luxury tax is kind of a good idea, but I can definitely understand the argument of how some of the players feel that they are underpaid in the scheme of the total revenue of the team.

Stockton would have fit better in the triangle offense than Payton ever will. The two of them are both great PG's, but the way they play(ed) is completely different. Stockton's passing ability in the triangle would have been insane.

Very good choice. I'm really starting to think that the TWolves will propably win the West next season.
-
Houston will do very well next season. Derek Fisher will propably join up with them. JVG likes point guards who know their role in the team, and Fish knows his.

What is up? Sorry that I haven't posted any followups as of late, but I've been really busy tring to find a new job. I have a four day weekend, so in spirit of Canada Day and Independence Day, I'll get everything all caught up.

I wouldn't say classic, but it worked very well for the women's division. The Rhyno/Tajiri teaming sounds cool, but I really don't think it would hold up more than once as far as character development is concerned. They should book Rhyno as a monster, more akin to the was he was in ECW. That way he'd be a really good mid/upper midcard tweener...a heel because he's evil, and over as a face to a certain extent because of his aggressiveness.

Right now I couldn't sit through a hockey game if you paid me, but back in the day I thought it was cool. I might pick up the Kings Gretzky out of nostalgia.

That's completely ridiculous that TNA hasn't made sure things like that are not issues. However, I can see it being very funny that an agent at the border lets in Garza after he convinces him he's a tourist and then getting pissed later that night while flipping thourgh the TV.

Miyamoto and Nosawa absolutely stunk up the ring in their match.
-
That's propably because of the nature of MC'ing and wanting to have call backs from the crowd and stuff.

Ok, well go ahead and list 'em. I'm not doubting you, but if you're gonna say you can do it, do it. Can't you do it yourself? I'm feeling rather lazy...

from that article, which is pretty dead on in it's assesment...

Daredevil Visionaries Volumes I-III: The complete original Frank Miller run on Daredevil. Need I say more? Daredevil/Elektra: Love and War, Hardcover addition: Collects the Love and War GN as well as Elektra: Assasin in that awesome oversiezed format that Marvel loves to death. Very good. There is also an exclusive (I forget whre) hardcover of the first 40 issues of Ultimate Spider-Man for $40, which is not bad considering its almost 1,000 pages.

I find this all pretty annoying. If they are bothering this much to do it, at least bring back the original 2099ers.

http://www.midtowncomics.com They usually are pretty good for back issues.

Excellent. I like that. *Wonders how long it will take Raven to paralyze Stephanie McMahon and leave naked and/or disturbing pictures of her all over Vince's desk* But seriously...who hasn't done that?

He got traded off to Orlando towards the end of this past season. I wouldn't say he would be on the list of HS players that were successful/mature enough after being drafted. After all, he got arrested and in trouble at a function at his old high school shortly after draft day.

Here's a question... Since Larry Brown is coaching, do you think he's going to get them to try to play crazy defense like he does with Detroit?
-
I went to allmusic.com, and looked it up. They have 655 different albums that contain a song titled "One" listed. Some are dupes though.

GOLD. Best part of this whole thread.

For my teams, basically the Lakers, Knicks, Mavs, and Detroit draft choices was just a formality that they had to go through. I was thrilled with the Sixers pick of Andre Iguodala. He's someone who can compliment Allen Iverson; he doesn't necessarily have to shoot the ball constantly to be effective, and can pass and rebound decently which is something the sixers definitely need. As far as my favorite team, the Jazz, they messed up. Idiots. The whole bunch. Originally, everyone predicted that they would be drafting to get bigger. But afterwards, GM Kevin OConner said it was to be able to score more. Why the hell did they pass on Sergei Monya? The guy can shoot well, is friends with and managed by the same guy that manages AK-47. Perfect fit, but they FREAKING PASSED ON HIM WITH EVERY PICK. If they were going to trade Pavol for someone, it should have been him. I know one of the factors is that he has between 1-2 yrs left on his Russian contract, but let's face it, the Jazz really aren't going anywhere except maybe the eight seed in the playoffs. Propably not even that thanks to the stupid realignment. Kris Humphries really sounds like he's going to be worthless thanks to a bad attitude, and Kirk Snyder looked less than thrilled to have been picked (I do have more faith in their pick of him, though). Than with their last pick they go for Pavel Podkolzine, and I was freaking happy as hell since it seemed like it would be the end of Greg Ostertag's tenure in Utah. BUT THEY FREAKING TRADED HIM. Dumb dumb dumb. I know he's risky and stuff, but the payoff would have been immense. The only thing that sparks my interest is that OConner said that they have a good amount of salary to play with, and I'm hoping that they'll be able to obtain Erick Dampier.

So how'd your team(s) fare?

Tbondrage99s Fantasy Booking: The IWA
Steviekick replied to tbondrage99's topic in General Wrestling
Like a retired legend, like lets say if John Tenta came to be inducted in the IWA hall of fame or he was a special guest in the audience.
