The last I heard is that Karl could have a 100% recovery by the end of August/September. He'd work best in their system if they were able to sign another healthy, semi-talented PF. I'm sure he'd be willing to take the miniumum. Hell he wants a ring so bad he'd propably play for $5k.

If Karl winds up joining the Spurs, I guess that means I'll have to take back every nasty thing I've said or thought about Tim Duncan and Tony Parker.

Okur isn't really anything special, but he'll fit in very well with the Jazz this season. With him, Boozer, and AK47, they will have the most underrated front court in the league.

I was not aware of that. Figures that Waid would wind up quitting do to interoffice politics. It seems he can't do anything without getting into an argument.

Actually the Misfits Project 1950 CD is very entertaining as a whole. That style music suits Marky Ramone's drumming very well.

The Boxed Set is amazing, but you might not necessarily want to shall out $60 on a whim. Pick up Misfits Collection I and II from Caroloine/Astralwerks Records. They pretty much have everything you'll need. If it turns out that you really like the Misfits, pick up the Samhain boxed set. Danzig's stuff with that band is much better than his solo stuff.

The Pistons getting Mcdyess is a questionable move, but good for the Jazz since that pretty much confirms that they won't match their offer for Okur.

Basically Peter Parker/Spectacular Spider-Man and Amazing Spider-Man are two seperate series. They each have their own stories that don't effect each other. Major things, like is Mary Jane broke both her arms, would be mentioned, but that's about it. The one I read is Amazing, as it's written by J. Michael Stracynzki and he does an amazing job. The artists on that series (John Romita Jr and more recently Mike Deodato) are amazing and I highly reccommend it. You really won't need to go out of the way to pick any back issues up to get acclomated with what's going on, maybe an issue or so before just to have the complete story arc.

Couldn't you say that Goldberg's first WCW world title reign was a dissapointing draw? Aside from completely ruining anything that they could do with him in the future, for the most part it was treated like an upper midcard act.

Of those, Rock/Eugene/Coach gets my vote. Musical chairs was a close second, thanks to Flair's strutting and groping of Stacy and Tomko's seriousness throughout the whole damn skit.

Hart/Austin is overall a better match and the one I vote for. Eddie/Rey is a much more flashy/exciting match, though.
