  1. Those guys really tore it up, and I was lucky I got to go to a couple of their events. RY is/was a solid worker.
  2. Even the non-smart fans know Trips is always going to wind up getting the title back. Whenever I watch WWE with the marks they always comment about how how he doesn't make his opponents look good. They've grown accustom to lengthy (well, by today's standards) HHH reigns, the fluke loss, and he gets it back. That and since the fact that he's married to Steph isn't that guarded a secret. They always complain that he only wins so much because he's the boss' son in law.
  3. It sounds kinda silly, but if the guy is under WWE's developmental contract they get to call the shots. Its not like they don't know that when they sign up.
  4. who is doing about as well as FUNAKI these days
  5. I really like Choken One's Dangerous Alliance booking. I wouldn't necessarily bring in a forth face to immediately feud with one of Heyman's guy. Leavng it open would allow them to bring over someone from Raw or someone new and quickly elevating them to SD ME level. My markish side would lean towards Sting.
  6. Ain't that the truth.
  7. They should have picked the guy who used to be the singer of Buckcherry. His voice would fit much better.
  8. Torrie: Oh yeah? Well my jobber cruiserweight husband is more talented and prettier than your jobberweight hustband.
  9. Rock Lobster...B52s
  10. That pretty much looked like a list of every B and C list nu metal band. And to think that they all propably got pretty nice signing advances only a few years ago...
  11. At least the price is reasonable. I'd go.
  12. I was thinking about that, but more along the lines of what they would think of one their commenaters being blatantly racist, although at a low level.
  13. Same here. The stuff he did at the end of WCW wasn't groundbreaking, but certainly refreshing from their stale product. And you can't get any stale-er than current WWE.
  14. Spectre is IMMENSELY powerful. He's DC's equivalent of the Living Tribunal, who is the most powerful creature in the Marvel Universe.
  15. The truth was that Ewing was getting pretty bad, and it was kind of disrespectful that they traded him to get rid of him. That pissed off fans more than the fact that he was getting decrepid.
  16. HAHAHAHA... All though I think that Stock would hike them up just because.
  17. Stockton and Malone both on the Lakers would be a sign of the apocalypse coming.
  18. Oh geez. I really hope this doesn't turn into even-steven booking. You know, something like Haas winning with a rollup. Propably RVD will wind up winning, and then we'll get the mini-feud going. At this point, RVD's character is pretty burnt out (no pun intended), and will propably get rebuilt since for some strange reason he's still marketable and very over, even though they've done everything to bury him.
  19. Ain't that the truth. Fox also did pretty well with the DVD sales, as well.
  20. It reminds me of the Battank that was shown in the Dark Knight Returns.
  21. He kind of plays the point right now. Eric Snow and him switch off constantly depending on how the match up is going, especially when the opposing team's PG is bigger.
  22. As soon as Raw started, it became the flagship WWF program. That's where everything happened and the weekend syndicated shows slowly began their descent into suckiness. That is one of the reasons why I was a bigger fan of WCW during the Pre-Raw period. WCW Saturday Night was always running angles and such while the WWF weekend shows were just the parade of jobbers.
  23. Scabbia by far. AVG is not that bad, and Lee is acceptable for pop.
  24. AI is defnitely not the 76ers problem, it's the rest of the team. I don't see why it's bad if he's calling out his teammates on being lazy, and for Ford being a debatable interim coach. Even Larry Brown made it public about how he was dissappointed on the effort that the team was displaying. When you watch them play, you can see that most of the time it's just AI busting his ass. To get the Sixers back in shape, ditch Ford and GM King, figure out how to get rid of Glenn Robinson and Derick Coleman, and try to convince Rasheed Wallace to sign with them.
  25. Pretty much, but Cade is even blander than the Bashams The only advantage the Bashams have over Cade is they look slightly less generic.
