  1. What was the Redneck Destroyer?
  2. WCW will be mostly forgotten, but I think in ten years the next generation of net fans trying to be hipsters/elitists will speak fondly of WCW, kind of the way Mid-South/UWF is regarded today.
  3. Haha more then likely, strangely I'm currently watching WCW Nitro 01.29.01 and I noticed AJ Styles was used as a plant during a DDP Book signing haha. Also, Dustin Rhodes was revealed as Ric Flair's SUPER HUGE SIGNING to a zero pop. What is with wrestling promotions thinking we give a shit about Dustin Rhodes I think it's due to the fact that everyone is friends with his Dad and gives him special treatment in that respect.
  4. 3 Inches of Blood is pretty awful. I've grown to like Hatebreed over the years, propably due to the fact that I've unintentionally wound up seeing them so many times.
  5. That's amazing. I guess this means I'll be spending Thanksgiving making the Chikara roster.
  6. This is kind of sudden. First I heard about him being sick was over the weekend.
  7. I do see Sabu's inclusion as being lazy, but I'm pretty sure he signed a Wrestling Classics deal with Jakks. I'm assuming that allowed him to be shifted over to the "legends" roster.
  8. Does anyone know when the release date is?
  9. Cena doesn't cause any trouble backstage, sells lots of merch and does a halfway decent job when making mainstream appearances. You really can't ask for a better face of the company.
  10. I pretty much cringed everytime I saw him do that after his surgery. With all this talk about it, I wonder if the WWE is going to ban the diving headbutt.
  11. Screw that...team him with Los Ice Creams for one of their trios nights.

  13. I'm glad Joe and Shelley are staying. If they left, I'd seriously have to reevaluate why I watch Impact.
  14. I think that all depends on how he views his experience working for TNA.
  15. I tend to be a big fan of the pick and roll, but that's what I get for mostly playing with Utah or Phoenix.
  16. I believe it was because TNA and All Japan were working on some sort of talent exchange.
  17. **double post**
  18. By the late 90s, he was over at Marvel doing a Spider-Man, Thor and I'd like to say Fantatsic Four book.
  19. I'm kind of torn between going to see them or Chikara on Sept. 22.
  20. from http://www.wesh.com/news/13929862/detail.html
  21. You won't need an ID. Only time you would need one is if you selected to pick them up at the will-call window.
  22. I've been meaning to pick up Slott's Thing. That doesn't sound right, but you know what I mean. His She-Hulk is a thing of beauty.
  23. Marvel uses the idea that Fantastic Four #1 is the beginning of time and that it happened roughly 10-15 years ago. They explained the Captain America comic books post WW2 as it being a new Captain America. Steve's death/freezing wasn't publicly known and they brought in a new Captain America for national morale purposes.
  24. I'm sure they can get around it. From what I've seen, the whole game is super-customizable. I'm sure they can change/unchange just enough features of wrestlers to make it passable. Also, Marvel's lawsuit against City of Heroes was thrown out.
  25. In the MNW DVD, Brisco strikes me as the type of person that would never admit it, but is such a snake/suck-up that he would have jumped to an office job at WCW if they offered him more money.
