There are several Japanese wrestlers based on cartoons, now aren't there? They base characters of some weird ass shit. Cartoons aren't that weird... but yeah. Well, you know, puroresu is Japanese wrestling, and anime is Japanese cartoons, and they are reputed to be better than other kinds of wrestling and cartoons, therefore there is implied elitism by their very nature. That's why the fans are pricks.
