I just waited until both were on sale at Target, and I wasn't going to buy Vol. 1 when it first came out because I wasn't waiting six or so months for Vol. 2 to be released in theaters, pay $ to see it in the cinema, then buy the DVD. Oh, related question. When Uma was killing all those baddies in Vol. 1, toward the end she's fighting a few in the dark. Who turned off and on those lights? I can't get a good shot of her, but my guess is "Charlie Brown's wife..."

Personally, it's not a big deal -- do them how you want. The "easiest" way to post picks in regards to making it easier for me to jot them down would be to boldface your predicted winners like BX and Flyboy did in this thread. However, doing that is very mistake-prone (if you type a boldface code wrong, it could screw up your entire pick selection) as shown by SPACEMAN SPIFF'S CAR @ NO PICK. EDIT: He PM'd me with NO. I would include NoCal Mike along with Spiff, but his 3.5 is bolded for the Bills game, so I know he picked them. As long as you post your picks in the same order as the games appear in my first post of these threads, I don't care how you do it. Hell, I nearly bust a nut when picks get posted at all. I have an individual "scoresheet" for every team, and when you mark your picks here I mark them on the scoresheet. I also have a section on these scoresheets where I track regular-season PF's and PA's. I usually do the results while watching ESPN's Sunday Night Game, for those that wonder when and how I make all these calculations. I also usually mark down your picks while I'm at work, so it's not like I spend a lot of "free time" doing this...

I always put you at the top of my "liberals that I like" here, and I do like the vast majority of the lefty posters here, believe it or not. I personally think there is a mini-civil war in CE (well, there's about 500 of them, but I'll just talk about this one). There are people that want to post 1,000+ word epics about subjects like the downfall of man thanks to free markets, and there are those that just want to shoot the shit and have a good time here. I am obviously in the latter, and I have a pretty good idea of who is in each camp, although I will not speak for anyone else regarding this matter. I think these blogs will be a good thing because it will give the Tylers and Cerebuses of the world a chance to do their thing, and I think it would be appropriate for some discussion of their more drawn-out pieces to take place in this folder. I agree with what BX said earlier about blogs being the natural progression of Internet political talk is right, or at least I think he is. While newspapers (now "Internet" news sites would be more accurate) were always the front-line of history, text books took a more in-depth look at it -- that is before the left-wing commies re-write the books. Message Boards are like newspapers and blogs are like the text-books, at least imo. And besides, when I get MY blog up and running it will pwn/soccermom/whatever-it-is-you-kids-say-these-days ALL of yours. Ah, who the hell am I kidding, it will be a piece of shit...

Both these games were either straight up pick 'em or those teams getting 3-3.5 spreads when I started this thread Thursday. What do you want me to do, hippie, wait until 10 a.m. Sunday to lay the spreads? You know, I could understand Human Fly, Always Pissed Off or Fazzle grumbling about the spreads, but you're 9-2 -- or at least that's what you were before I started my "editing..."
