I really like cream soda but for some reason I don't get it more than once or twice a year. Do any of the big soda companies still make strawberry soda? I used to drink that every day in middle school but then I got sick of it and haven't had it in years. I want to try some solely for nostalgia's sake.

I can see what you're saying. And at the risk of dragging down this folder with wrestling talk, I don't really see what's wrong with inducting Bam Bam and Earthquake into the Hall of Fame. They both had solid runs and they're both dead which certainly helps their cases. And I'm not going to lie, even though I disagree with his induction, I'd mark hard if Koko showed up on WWE TV with the parrot again.

I think Reynolds is passable (Not good mind you but passable) in comedies. Like I said, I think he's got a Chevy Chase quality to him. And that's both a compliment and an insult. I think the absolutely shitty scripts and mediocre supporting casts don't help.

....I like Bill Simmons. I don't know why, I just do. I certainly understand all of the criticisms against them and I think most of them are right but I like the guy. This forum can't change my love for Bill Simmons and Chuck Klosterman

Cheech, I'm sorry but you're wrong on this one. The WWE Hall of Fame doesn't mean shit. Johnny Rodz and William "The Refrigerator" Perry are in there. I don't see why people get worked up one way or another over it. I guess that #440 will be people getting worked up over WWE Hall of Fame.

I've never thought about how DDP's win affected the title but come to think of it, it did sort of hurt the title's credibility. DDP wins the title out of nowhere at arguably WCW's last big PPV (Spring Stampede) and then out of nowhere turns heel a short time later. I've always liked DDP but I always thought he was kind of cliche and tacky as a heel, certainly not World Championship material. Then Kevin Nash wins the title a month later and that worked so well the first few times...

I don't know about Spanky but Norman Smiley got over using that schtick in WCW in a time when very few were getting over.

I figured we should have a thread discussing gas stations. Share your favorite gas station related memories. Here in Maine, it seems like the shittier the city, the better the gas stations. Waterville had one of the best gas stations I've ever seen but it's also where most of Empire Falls was filmed.

Milky and my dad are the only people I know who order the fish sandwiches at fast food places on a regular basis. My dad nearly swerved off the road a couple years ago when he saw IIRC Burger King was offering a spicy fish sandwich for a limited time.

I don't know if it was just a limited time or thing but that Mountain Dew Game Fuel was one of the worst sodas I've tasted in a long time. I like Code Red and I sort of like regular Mountain Dew and Livewire but that Game Fuel shit was just terrible.

The European title tournament final between Owen and DBS, Owen and Triple H's feud for the title and D Lo's reign were really the only memorable parts in the short history of the European title.

Vanilla Coke is another soda a lot better in a soda fountain. The version actually produced by Coca Cola is good but it's just not the same.
