  1. no more Home Movies?!! Good thing I woke up in time to be able to watch it... does this mean i'm going to have to sit through two more seasons of the Oblongs? cause that show just plan sucks... EDIT: Beautiful way to end it. I'll say that much. I pray for DVDs.
  2. It still wierds me out to watch the RAW where Mankind d. Rock for the title... and see TEST standing on the outside with the belt over his shoulder. *shudder*
  3. "I would say that mine would be my DVD/video game collection, a selection of books/magazines that I have and official WWE Tour merch. They are on two shelves, with the DVDs and games carefully racked, with pillow cases over them for protection." In case of fire... the pillow case happens to be fire-retardant and a registered volunteer fire-case. It even knows CPR.
  4. It's been stated before...but if this guy wrestles barefoot...I'm calling gimmick infringement (though Clark has no desire to make it big in music) nor is this guy insane (or so i would think)
  5. If anyone owns the first issue of the "Universe" comic book series...it reminds me of this. I just LOVE this picture. GOLD. Seriously.
  6. Smackdown 2~ Billy Gunn + Famouser out of nowhere = me getting very very pissed. It was my first loss playing the game...after I had ran over EVERYONE multiple times (including him), and then just....out of nowhere... HHH did the same thing to me once in a 4 Way Elimination match... me and him were the final two... Pedigree from out of nowhere and you just don't kick out of that.
  7. they may give a good chunk of tv time to it... it's a great damn match. Owen getting Tree Of Woe'd in the cage = gold.
  8. by "do this" he means traveling the country talking to the handicapped ... not that there is anything wrong with that.
  9. 35-16?! damn... i know guys in my area that would BOW DOWN to that shit.
  10. HART/HART CAGE~! WOOO!
  11. yeah...Yang did the Yang Time on Heat vs. Tommy Dreamer (but he missed).
  12. Seriously? I'm not drawing much sarcasm, though I'll throw this out for anyone who didn't actually get the joke. Flying Elvises (or Elvi) was the name of tag team Yang was briefly a part of in TNA. He was Yang in WCW as a part of the Jung Dragons. I know about the TNA group...but I never knew that Yang was a part of them. and I know he was in the Yung Dragons... that was an awesome little stable.
  13. uh, I'm kinda glad I didn't see that one. And as for Josh bringing the smarkness, that's why I've always enjoyed his announcing. Once when the SATs (Joel and Jose) wrestled the Bashams, he mentioned Amazing Red. That was cool. Josh also reads this site from time to time. (Y)
  14. I didn't know that Jimmy Yang was a Flying Elvis. is "Enter the Yang" one of his finishers?
  15. "Flying Elvises"? "Enter the Yang"??? WTF??
  16. I only ever played TE... with the Jazz. I loved nailing buckets FROM WAY DOWNTOWN~ I can't remember what team Mark Price is on...for some damn reason...but I used that team as well for the same reason.
  17. i have two, both of them from my stay in Florida in 2002. One is a picture my roommate drew for me. His name was Herminio and he LOVED comic books...and so I based a superhero around him named Superminio. So for Xmas he drew the character in ink and framed it for me. It's a big reminder of him and his kooky nature. The other is something I bought with money my mother gave me for my birthday ... it is a 1 in a 1000 limited edition "pin set" that features 7 golden pins... 1. Walt Disney's picture in black/white with gold trim 2. His signature 3. A small pin that reads... "Somehow I Can't Believe There Are Many Heights That Can't Be Scaled By A Man Who Knows The Secret Of Making Dreams Come True. This Special Secret, It Seems To Me, Can Be Summarized In Four C's. They Are Curiosity, Confidence, Courage And Constancy And The Greatest Of These Is Confidence. When You Believe A Thing, Believe It All Over, Implicitly And Unquestioningly." 4-7. Each of the surrounding pins features one of the 4 C's. I love it and I'll cherish it forever. Damn, I miss Florida.
  18. I have seen it and read it, on park property ... but I can NOT find it online anywhere. I wish I could find it but I have scoured Disney's website and I can't find anything that resembles their mission statement.
  19. Yes. The people were great. I was never so happy to go to work, knowing I was going to meet new people. While the job never changed, the specifics did. I had a family thank me personally for helping them out A MONTH prior when I answered about 3 dozen questions for them about dinner reservations, what shows they should see, any hidden fun in the parks that alot of people don't know about, shit like that... I answered them all as best I could...and nearly a month later they all came back and told me thank you... That moment will never leave me. I was shocked and yet extremely overwhelmed by it. on a related note, during the Disney World 25th Anniversary, Bryan McKnight recorded a song called "Remember The Magic" for use in parades and in promotional materials, etc.... that song sums up my feelings for Disney. It's a beautiful song and the message of it is what I wish the company's mission REALLY was, instead of what they spout out. Remember the times. Remember the feelings. Remember the magic. and I do. i'm such a softie. (hell...i could always post a college paper i wrote based on nearly the same subject...i'm sure it's on this computer somewhere) ...if anybody really gave a shit.
  20. I'm under the impression that Cartman is gay. There are so many signs that point to him being in complete fucking denial about it that i'm just waiting for it to be revealed (and it better be done during the final episode of the show). Not that there is anything wrong with that...it's just that there are soooo many signs that point to it. NAMBLA, sort of anyway. The tea parties Being a homophobe (as Mr. Garrison always was) the Wild, Wild West thing was kinda fruity The ENTIRE J'Lo episode seems to point to it, though again with some denial Cartman has never had a love interest...while the other three main characters have (even Kenny during the rainforest episode) It's just that for some reason I see him coming out on the last episode, even in an ambiguous way... like having Stan or Kyle tell Cartman "Damn it Cartman, you are SO GAY!" and then having Cartman follow with "I know" - then go straight to the credits.
  21. Not sure how well that works with Disney.... but then again... EDIT: I would like to put forth that I should be proclaimed "Official Disney Theme Park Mark of TSM" ...not that prestigious of a title...but it's something.
  22. i'm sure Torrie will LOVE Kidman's answer. and Molly is a dick and fart joke kind of girl. We should hook up. and Shelton's digging the bald chicks, not that there is anything wrong with that. :-D
  23. Ann “Ichiban” Onita vs. Insane Luchadore! - Hmph. No prediction. I could go with either one. Edward James vs. Blanka! - I will mark out if you fight a 2D version of Blanka. That is all. ”Deathwish” Danny Williams and Dace Night vs. Toxxic and Jimmy “The Demon” Liston! - Trinity. As much as I like Toxx...it's Danny and Dace. Just pray they don't kill you. ”The Superior One” Tom Flesher vs. Stryke! - Taamo. OMGZ MULTIMAN MAIN EVENTZ~! Todd Royal, “The Notorious” John Duran, and Landon "La Cucaracha" Maddix vs. Charlie “Grappler” Matthews, “Coyote” Coy West, and Alan Clark - *listens to Kansas*
  24. I would like to say... to WC... and anyone else that thought the disappearing act at the end of my match was odd... I was trying to mention in the match that Alan did have a LITTLE blood on his face...like he had just wiped it off. Out of kayfabe it was more like: run backstage, change black shirt to white (or have white under black and tear off black), wipe off face with black shirt, toss it away and walk out through curtain to mess with Landon... Out of kayfabe...it's reasonably possible In kayfabe ... it's just another mind game. even it if it MAY be a little 1994 Taker-ish. I'll try to pull away from that, but as I think I stated...I didn't want to give Bloodshed a proper intro or exit...and rather it be an act of surprise, first to Dace/the crowd/etc ...then to Landon.
  25. I bought it... it's the first ROH show run in it's entirity (or so it would seem from watching it) the entrances are clipped up (if you've seen the online version of the ME 3-way ...it's just like that) ... The video quality is typical of RFvideo. Kinda shoddy. I was going looking for more of them the next time I went to FYE, just to see if they had any more.
