  1. True. He can put on a decent match with a good wrestler, he has the look, and is popular enough for a run. Plus, the ratings don't lie. Quasi-rebuttal: Kane hasn't had a good match in years. The last good one (keeping in mind I don't watch PPV's) I remember was against Angle on SD at least 2 years ago.
  2. He'd only miss 1 year: Regardless, I don't see him coming back this year.

I would've considered AZ --- but the Boldin injury is a REAL problem. -=Mike Not to mention Shipp possibly being out for the year, as well as Larry Fitzgerald being hurt.
  5. I still like Brock, and would welcome him back w/ open arms, but yeah, that'd get a chuckle out of me.
  6. You are high! Lesnar's bumping was extraordinary for someone his size and was way better than Orton's. Neither are/were especially good or bad at selling, so I'd put them about even in that aspect. Orton's had 2 really good matches with Benoit, and after that? Possibly the Foley match, but I'd say his best was the Raw ME with RVD, and that wasn't great. Lesnar's title matches with Guerrero and Benoit were both excellent, and I for one thought all his matches with Angle were good at least. The Rock match, HIAC with Taker and title defence against Rey were all better than anything Orton's done without Benoit. Don't forget that Big Show's best matches in years were against Brock. Brock also had a pretty good match w/ Palumbo. And as for a "top 5 bumper", Orton routinely looks awkward falling over the top rope to the outside.
  7. Nobody's mentioned the perfect new finisher: F5.
  8. KITT was *SO* the obvious way to go, which is why I went with Speed Buggy instead.

Staley was the Eagles most consistant RB. To say he did "just about nothing" is ridiculous. Buckhalter going down hurts only because it leaves Westbrook as the only RB. Had Staley stayed, losing Buckhalter wouldn't really hurt the team. The Eagles are going to miss Staley more than people think.
  10. I believe they've already finished shooting. They're gone already.
  11. Eh. Arguably the 3 best guys (in terms of ring skills) to come up all had amateur backgrounds (Brock, Haas, Banjamin). And even then, 1 of those guys (Haas) started in HWA. The only other guy of note to come through was Cena, and as discussed here, he's not really a "good" worker. Charisma & mic skills are his strong point. Who else? Mordecai? Tomko? Heidenreich is still awful. Batista & Orton didn't show anything until after they were in the WWE for a while. EDIT: forgot about Conway & Dinsmore. Yeah, they're pretty good in the ring. I wouldn't call Reigns an "OVW guy", though.
  12. I don't remember a Disco one, but I do remember the Regal one. Kidman got too close to the ropes, and caught his feet on the ropes (not the turnbuckle) his way down, causing him to reverse momentum and tumble forward. Looked really bad. And I like Kidman's SSP, too, as opposed to the "tucked" version.
  13. Shit, he even gets a blank member title. How cool is that?
  14. Rebuttal: Not if they build up a non-Rey Misterio face to take the belt off him. ... ... ... HAHAHAHAHAHA!
  15. Well, judging by last week & this week, it looks like they're starting a Chavo/Knoble vs. Kidman/London feud.
  16. Show doesn't look too bad. Chavo/Kidman, Rey/Angle, Book/Cena should be decent -> good, and at least Heidenreich didn't have a match. I'm a bit surprised they have Dupree, who they're supposedly down on, going over Haas. Other than that, Velocity looks so-so. FBI/Bashams, Haas/Cena, and Funaki/Jindrak could all potentially be watchable -> good. And with Chavo/Kidman this week, does that mean we get Knoble/London next week? If so, ::gets all excited::
  17. I watch both shows every week. If I had to choose only 1 show to watch, it'd probably be Smackdown.
  18. I wouldn't say I hate the Rock, because he can still entertain me, but those times are few & far between. His "comedy" is severely overrated. As a face, I can hardly stand him. His heel stuff (Corporate Rock, as well as his last heel run) was pretty good, though.
  19. Yoda (from Ep. 1): "Hard to see, the dark side is." That may not be the exact quote, but there's your reasoning.
  20. I'd be *SO* a fan of Kane now if he didn't totally blow in the ring. As such, he's out of luck.
  21. Bischoff: "Dude, Kane, we can totally wife-swap now!"
