At one time, yeah... But I didn't see Pac-Man in Soul Calibur 2. Well, first he'd need a weapon. After all, he's not like Heihachi in that (cheapness) way. Besides, I think they were trying to be a reasonable bit serious with Soul Calibur II by keeping everyone relatively human looking. Exception being Lizardman and Berzerker, but they were close enough. Hell, even Link was human looking enough to work. If they were going to go goofy, I'm sure Mario would have been in Link's place...using a plunger as a weapon.

I want Paul London this year to be the Shane Douglas of 1991. The guy that has no chance of winning, may not eliminate anyone, but lasts a good long time anyway.

OK...one request: Could someone make up a list of the characters introduced in each Mortal Kombat game, and tell what happened to each? Like, who in the story is still alive and who is dead...that stuff.

Oh, and I hate that these announcers say that there's only one way to be eliminated from the Royal Rumble match. There's 4 ways: 1) Over the top rope to the floor 2) Don't come out when your number comes up 3) Get so injured that you're taken to the back (see Spike Dudley last year) 4) Get one of your major limbs cut off by a chainsaw (mentioned in 1998)

Why was the Lawler/Perfect plan scrapped? Was there any special reason?

Judging by the way that people have been complaining about how the MK storyline has gone all wonky... It sounds like you all want it to do a Doom 3, and have a completely re-made story using similar or the same characters as the original.

Is it me, or has a warm location gotten the Royal Rumble 90 percent of the time?

OK...a few things. 1) Is the Triple Threat at the end pinfall only or pinfall and submission? 2) Do the announcers know before hand who is coming out when, or is it just for our edification on who is coming out when and how we can plan?
