Actually, there's some confusion there with whether or not Maven was TRULY eliminated, due to that rule changing every so often in the Royal Rumble history. Example: 1990, Bad News Brown eliminated "Rowdy" Roddy Piper from the Royal Rumble when he was already eliminated... 1996, Vader throws Shawn Michaels over the top rope after being eliminated, but Michaels is allowed to still compete.

It'd have to be a face. Someone WAY out of their element. Like The Hurricane. Someone like that. Then have the Wrestlemania title match be some sort or gimmick...like a Hell in the Cell. Of course, the match wouldn't need the gimmick, but you know WWE wouldn't give the HUGE UNDERDOG the upset victory on the biggest show they have. So, just beat the ever-living slop out of the babyface using the gimmick and get him tons of sympathy heat. It could "make" someone. "That tough little bastard just won't quit. Damnit Hurricane, just stay down." I could see them doing that if Eugene was set to win the Royal Rumble for some odd reason. It certainly doesn't feel like it. Especially win number one wins so damn much. Hell, didn't Vince McMahon win it with the first number? Either that or he was two.... Vince McMahon was number 2...but for how long he was out of the ring for the match and doing nothing, he could (despite Chyna OFFICIALLY having the role) be considered the TRUE number 30 entrant.

Actually, 11 times out of 17 a high number HAS won the Royal Rumble... 1988: "Hacksaw" Jim Duggan (no. 13 (only 20 entrants that year) 1989: Big John Studd (no. 27) 1990: Hulk Hogan (no. 25) 1991: Hulk Hogan (no. 24) 1993: Yokozuna (no. 27) 1994: Lex Luger (no. 23) and Bret "Hit Man" Hart (no. 27) 1998: Stone Cold Steve Austin (no. 24) 2000: The Rock (no. 24) 2001: Stone Cold Steve Austin (no. 27) 2002: Triple H (no. 22) 2003: Brock Lesnar (no. 29 AND Wrestled earlier in the night) EDIT: Oh, and I think the reason that 30 never wins it is because it would seem TOO easy for him to win since he's the last entrant. Kafabe wise, he wins it because he's overly confident that he's going to get the victory since he's the freshest person out there at the moment.

Eugene will win it. Seriously, I would kinda like Cena to win it...and not get traded, making the Royal Rumble win 2 1/2 times since the brand extension Smackdown wins the Rumble. I think you know why I say 2 1/2

This Monday's Battle Royal...
ChrisMWaters replied to UseTheSledgehammerUh's topic in The WWE Folder
For some reason, I'd like to see Batista get an "Accidental" win. Like, HHH is about to be elimated by...let's say...Benoit and Jericho in this match...and Batista is in the ring. Batista, wanting to help HHH out, blasts Benoit and Jericho both with double clotheslines. However, this action also knocks HHH to the arena floor, and leaves Batista your winner and new World Champion. Crazy idea, yes. But it would be interesting to see, if you ask me. -

Not really. It's in Baltimore, Maryland this week. Unless Rock is filming in Baltimore, it's not feasible. -
To everyone saying that if Corino gets the title and defends it in Japan, it will be interesting to see the title defended in a non-TNA environment... ...does that mean the NWA World Title has not recently been defended in the other NWA promotions...like Wildside and such?

OK...new question... Has Undertaker ever won at an official Armageddon PPV?

I hate when people say it's that. I was a wrestler and we had to get in that position at times.

...Damn, they busted out the REAL medal for once! And not that crappy psuedo-medal set that he used to wear.

Big Show IS Mrs. Doubtfire!
-
There's a reason for that. They couldn't do the Shampoo Commercial feud.
-
Imagine being in the arena watching it. ...especially the people that we see on the camera. ...they have to look at Show's backside for 90% of that segment.
-
...speaking of The Grinch... At least where I live, it's on ABC right now.
-
You're a mean one, Mr Reigns You reeeealy are a heel Now for a REAL kick... ...picture Vince McMahon singing that...
-
They REALLY need to start a "HOR-SHIT" chant like we did in Atlantic City when he wrestled.
-
See, that's why they should reunify the rosters. Simon Dean vs. Big Show.

...is it me, or is Show becoming the new Andre for WWE?

Rock solid...hmm... First time I've heard that term for a match of mine. Course, everytime I write a match, I always feel that I could have done better...but don't know how. But thanks for the compliments Maddix. I'll remember them when I beat you in the future round. >=D -

You forgot first WWE Tag Team Champion with Kurt Angle -
*Sigh* Well, with my grandpa going into shock and my computer being on the fritz all day, it seems like no match for me. Best I can hope for is a double no-show...
