I can catch the first three innings of so from the house, then at work, I'll turn on the rado and listen. Hooray for the postseason.

I could never wear the number of my childhood hero, Dale Murphy. When I played Little League, the smallest jerseys were the single digit numbers, and I was a tall kid. Damn genetics.

I'm not too surprised that "Tough Crowd" is done. It started well, but this last season was just not funny at all, with the exceptions of DiPaolo and Norton. I just don't think that Quinn is funny enough and has the presence to host his own show. He's muchbetter as a second fiddle, like on "Remote Control." Best. Game show. EVER.

I'm with JM. If these people are your friends and you like your workplace, stay. You gotta do what keeps you happy.

Tell me that one wouldn't have been money in the fucking bank.

Former WWF valet Marianna Komlos passes away

Are there centaur ass-wipers? -
Shame on Eddie for learning how to sell properly and to not be more concerned with spots. What a horrible, horrible worker.

That would be "Last Kiss." I can't remember who originally did the song though.
-
That would never work. If he's gonna be walking and filming promos with Al-Jazeera in the mountains, the curled-up toe boots would disintegrate within hours. You need sturdy, soft yet thick soled boots to navigate mountainous regions.

Let him out and have him start listening to Nickelback constantly and turn him into fan of Chad Kroeger.

RRR, the problem with that idea is that it's TOO PERFECT, which means that it'll never happen.

Mazzy Star's "Look Down from the Bridge" is pretty sad as well.

The OAO Raw is Snitsky in MSG Thread

Wasn't it one of those standing O's, complete with confetti and all the other nonsense cheers? -
I hear that. When I listen to the NIN original, I don't really feel anything, but Cash's just brings the downtroddenness to a whole new level. His voice, I think, is what makes it so beautifully sad. You can hear all the years of well, life in the track, and at the end of the song, you just know it's the end for Johnny as well.

The Second Coming of Life of Brian
B. Brian Brunzell replied to Angel_Grace_Blue's topic in Television & Film
"Life of Brian" is back in theaters? Shit, I gotta start reading the paper more thoroughly. -
Three words that should never be used in a sentence ever again...

Mr. Putersmith: You know Brian, this is a lot like a greek tragedy. Of course you'll be playing the role of Sans testicles Chris: Dad, what would you say if I told that I didn't want to be a scout anymore? Peter: I'd say "Come again", then laugh because I said come. And my all-time two favourites: Peter: J-J-J-J-Just like the bad guy, in "Lethal Weapon 2", I've diplomatic immunity, so Hammer you can't sue. Peter (to Mr. Fargas): Now get back in there and teach your Fargin' ass off!

Irish, German, Polish, Croatian Not a bad blend, not the best either.

I think it is. Bryan Adams is LOVED in the 'hood.

I saw Scorpions back in 200 with Motley Crue and they were fucking amazing. The Scorps blew Motley of the stage in every possible way. I think Klaus Meine actually sounds better live than in studio. the guy's got a killer voice. Add in Tesla and the awesome vocal prowess of Jeff Keith, and you've got yourself one HELL of a show.
-
Of course. My favourite version is the Rick Neilson "angry lyrics" version with the "old maids, dykes and whores" line towards the end of the second verse. Local H also does a great cover of "Surrender." I heard them do it a couple of times on Mancow's radio show in chicago.

I've always thought that Helmet's "Unsung" would make for good entrance music.

That makes two of us. "Thumbing My Way" is total ownage.

Don't forget about "Orion." Also: "Atom Heart Mother"- Pink Floyd "Interstellar Overdrive"- Pink Floyd
