They should just start reporting everything as being leaked by Vince McMahon himself, so he has an overload and explodes like the robots in Futurama. *Vinny checks some Wrestling sites, and see's many future angles leaked* Vince:" What!? This is an outrage, I said whoever leaked info in the future would be fired--of all the nerve. I'm gonna find out who did this and fire them immediately." *scrolls down to bottom* "Vincent McMa--that's me! But if I leaked the info, I have to be fired, but I can't be fired because I'm Vince McMahon...but I leaked the info...I--me--I fired--no--me... RAAAAAGGHHHHHHH!" *overloads*

I think I got my PS2 a couple months after launch and have never had one single problem with it. I always put it on standby mode before powering off as that seems to be the best way to shut down the system (I THINK I read it in the manual). It seems to just be luck of the draw, or taking poor care of the system. I had a Dreamcast before which I sold so I could afford the next gen. systems (PS2, Gamecube) and just recently acquired another one. Was the Dreamcast always so LOUD when reading from the disc or is that just this system? I seem to recall it being a pretty noisy, but this just seems ridiculous.

I'm really surprised Vagrant story is gonna be a greatest hits, I didn't think it sold that well (despite being a fantastic game). Is the criteria 500,000 units sold or 1,000,000? I forget...

I'm gonna wait until 2003 is over before I decide on any games of the year. Seems like kind of jumping the gun doing so before all the "entrants" have made their appearance.

It's just human nature that the individual wants everyone to agree with his/her opinions and choices. Thus, these system debates will continue for the rest of time. I say good for Nintendo. I'm glad they're finding some success. And if anyone at all deserves to still be in this console war, it's Nintendo.

No, that's not the way it's done. A professional doesn't use Poser 4 default models to illustrate their concepts. They do dozens of conceptual drawings for each character, fully flesh it out on paper, and then start building the model themselves in Maya or whatever 3D program the development team might be using. Those are what you show, the development sketches and the final (or semi-final) model. You don't whip up a crappy Poser version of your character. That alone makes me think that those will either be their final character models and that they have a very poor idea of what they are doing. When I start to see something actually impressive and professional looking, then maybe I'll give it a chance. Otherwise, I think this will just fade into oblivion or obscurity like so many other fan made products.

Are you kidding me? That game absolute reeks of unprofessionalism and not knowing what to do at all. The graphics are freaking modified Poser 4 models!

I said this in the other DVD thread, but I really think the DVD (or perhaps it's a set?) absolutely needs the best parts of the Austin/Angle feud in 2001. So a bunch of the promo's and skits, some of their best tv and PPV matches, etc. Unfortunately, I doubt this would ever happen because of the stupid logo stuff, but a man can dream.... The Ric Flair set has given me a lot of hope, but I just don't know. What Ray has listed would be a solid, if a bit bare, DVD, but I hope they give him a bit more. What promos would you guys have on there?

It's not just his ring style that did this, he had a serious previous neck injury from the Olympics. If he had never broken his neck then, he wouldn't be having any problems whatsoever today, or at most, very small ones. In his book, he said that after he broke his neck, he was injecting novocaine directly into it so he couldn't feel the agonizing pain and could keep wrestling. He also said that because he did this, docters told him he had the neck of an 80 year old after he came home with the gold and had some X-Rays and MRI's done.
