  1. Don't get a Dell. I have two brand new ones and they suck. That's about the best advice I can give you. Don't get a Dell.
  2. Not a program, but a site - sleazydreams.com
  3. Ahhh, OK. I see now. It is starting to make some sense, like you said. I tried the process through the way the instructions say, and it kinda works - the sound is there, but there's no video in the AVI file (it didn't give WMV for an option for some reason, but that's fine). That's the whole reason I want to transfer it to an AVI file - I need the video for a music video. What it maybe is the Compression dropdown menu - does it matter which one I pick? Listed are Cinepac Codec by Radius, Indeo Video 5.10, Intel Indeo Video R3.2, Intel Indeo Video 4.5, Intel IYUV codec, Microsoft H.261 and 263 Video Codecs, Microsoft RLE, and Microsoft Video 1. Does it matter which one I pick? Do I even have to pick one? I tried it by just leaving it as No Compression and the sound was there, but not the video, and then I tried it with Microsoft Video 1 and the exact same thing happened? Do you have any idea why it's coverting the sound, but not the video? Thanks again for such a quick response. You've been really awesome. I'm sorry I still have some questions. You've been really helpful.
  4. OK, but couldn't the file be in any folder on my computer? Is there a particular folder to look in, or should I search for it (and if so, what would I type into the search box)? In the diagram, it looks like all hyrogliphycs that make up the file? Would mine look like that, too? Also, do I have to do anything differently since I want to do RM, not RMVB? Do I still write ,rmvb, or do I forget that? Thanks again for the help and suggestion.
  5. Why are they calling him Chavo? That's not his real name, is it?
  6. Wooo, this is complicated. I DLed it and tried it. However, once I do the rmvb thing, there's no RMVB file that I can drag to the Playlist. All it says in the lefthand box is Desktop, then My Computer, then My Network Places, and when I click on MC or MNP, those folders open up. And in the righthand box where hte RMVB file apparently should be, there's nothing. Am I doing something wrong? This is what it looks like for me now: http://www.geocities.com/xpw5yearslater/eo_video.JPG Also, what do I have to do differently since I want to do RM, not RMVB? Do I do anything differently? I typed in the ,RMVB thing...is that only for working with RMVB, or RM, too? Lastly, these instructions don't seem to cover what I do to actually convert a particular file. Like go to Browse, then locate the file. Am I missing something? And don't take this the wrong way, but is there a simpler program one can use to do this? This program seems really complicated. Thanks for the quick reply. Much appreciated. Sorry about all these clarification questions.
  7. WOOO, looks like a ripoff of XPW's Carlito Montana. Very entertaining segment, I must say (I just dl'ed it). Hopefully he can deliver in the ring...
  8. Austin, IMO. Flair's close, though.
  9. 1. What programs can you download to convert RM video files to WMV? I tried using WinAVI Converter and it works pretty well, only it writes WinAVI Converter across the screen on the new video file, and I want to use the clips for a music video, so it won't look too professional. Are there any programs that would to this effectively - keeping the RM files' quality, converting the entire file (Another program I tried had a two minute limit, and then you had to buy it), and not writing something across it. 2. What programs can you download to split RM video files? i.e. make a 43:23 video into like 10 4:00 clips? Thanks in advance to whoever can help!
  10. There has been a lot of speculation over the last few months when or even if Pro-Wrestling WORLD-1 will be running live events again. WORLD-1's original plan was to run monthly three show tours in different states but after the second tour WORLD-1 went into a re-organization to say the least. After disappointing attendence at two of the three shows Steve Corino decided to sell the WORLD-1 assets (W-1 Banners, belts, etc.) to Jack Victory and his investors. Mr. Victory and his investors are now going to create a brand new promotion based out of New Jersey and is planning on running shows in different states but they have decided not to use the WORLD-1 name because they are going to go with a different style then what WORLD-1 was using. His group will have an announcement shortly on their name and dates. The Pro-Wrestling WORLD-1 name will now be property of Pro-Wrestling ZERO-ONE to do with what they want. The WORLD-1 championship belt (currently held by Masato Tanaka), the WORLD-1 Openweight championship (vacant), the PWF heavyweight title belt (vacant), and PWF tag team titles (currently held and defended by Minoru Fujita and Ikuto Hidaka) are now property of ZERO-ONE. There are plans on brining the PWF heavyweight championship into ZERO-ONE in the near future. It is not confirmed but more than likely WORLD-1 will have shows in Tokyo under the NWA and ZERO-ONE banners once a year like 01USA did in 2003 and 2004 but as of right now there are no plans to run shows in the United States. The WORLD-1 website that was on the www.zerooneusa.com server will now be an English version of the Pro-Wrestling ZERO-ONE site. Any WORLD-1 or PWF news will be posted on this site. We apoligize for any confusion and lack of news about Pro-Wrestling WORLD-1 and thank you for taking the time to read this. - www.zerooneusa.com
  11. I think he gives Vamp and New Jack legal advice, which both guys need. I imagine he helped Vamp out with his divorce problems awhile back, and New Jack obviously needs help, LOL.
  12. I used to dislike Bob Barnett a lot and still do to a fair degree, but I've come to realize that he's very knowledgeable, and most of the time his "sources" are pretty damned accurate. I don't have much doubt when it comes to this, because as we all know - he was right all along about Feinstein.
  13. I could do that in about two days if I had a lot of clips of those guys. If someone wants to send me lots of WMV clips of them, it'd be pretty easy. I'm already working on an MV with My Sacrifice as the song. EDIT: To the guy above: now that I think about it, there was an MV on the RAW 10th Anny show with clips of the worst gimmicks. It wasn't really a Desire-style video, but it was still good. Too bad I taped the A&E indy wrestling documentary over that because the 10th anny show was a considerable letdown.
  14. Gabe probably knew Rob was gay all along AND that he was with the company. Rob was AT THE RF VIDEO OFFICE WITH GABE at one point. How could he ever have not have known he was still with the company?
  15. Not sure if this works, but there's a clip of it in this MV: http://koti.mbnet.fi/zenbam/IWA_6-way.wmv
  16. Anyone have this one? I have it on one of my best of RAW tapes. I don't have the technology to uplaod it, though.
  17. It was supposed to be a Shooting Star DDT apparently, but he misaimed it and landed in a piledriver.
  18. Suh-weet. This will be good.
  19. Dynamite D will be contributing. He'll talk about Slammers, SCCW, and of course XPW.
  20. The SCD animation above is from COD3.
  21. Yup, and ROH. Just for ROH to run at Murphy Rec, they need the Philly Athletic license, and since the RF scandal broke, they've had to go through Rebel in order to convince the state to give them a license, and he keeps demanding match on their cards in return.
  22. No, it's all real.
  23. Without Rebel, CZW can't run shows at Viking Hall. If he leaves CZW, CZW, leaves Philadelphia. He's the owner of the Philadelphia Athletic Commission wrestling license.
  24. From what some guys have said, Zandig's not on good terms with most people, ESPECIALLY Rockin Rebel. He and Rebel have patched things up a bit in the last few months (Earlier this year, Rebel was ready to quit CZW), but he still doesn't get along with many of his wrestlers. Greg Matthews, Danny Rose, Kashmere, and a few others left because they didn't want to deal with Zandig's attitude.
  25. Zandig is the one on bad terms with BSB, not so much Burns, so their return ain't too likely. I like Blackout (which apparently was his idea) a lot. They really have a great gimmick, so hopefully they stick around. I didn't even know Burns helped book, but I don't blame him for gettnig sick of the politics. Zandig's made the locker room into a dementia ward.
