I can't decide who to cheer for. I hated both of these teams growing up. Not so much now, with the Tigers in a different division and Oakland being more likable.
I'll say A's in 6.
You just know, though, that for every idiot who says something like that, there are 10-20 at home nodding and saying to themselves, "Wow, that's genius. How come no one thought of treaties before?"
I doubt it would be Uggla, because his dropoff toward the end of the year was fairly significant. It's going to be close between Ramirez and Zimmerman, but Ramirez had an awesome August and September, so I think he'll stand out more in the voters' minds.
Apparently Money Inc. and Arn Anderson made appearances. And JBL was awesome as always. But HHH also said "cock" approximately 58,771 times during one 5-minute promo. So, a bit of a mixed bag.
The scores were rolling across the screen, and I did a double-take when the Chicago-Nashville score came by. Blackhawks won 8-6.
That would've been a mighty entertaining game.

The sad part is, it took me a minute to remember that the Twins won in '87. I can't even remember anyone on that team except for Puckett and Greg Gagne.
