About a week ago, I finally played the demo of Burnout Revenge on my copy of Madden. I had skipped over it because I don't usually like racing games. I didn't even bother playing it at E3. That was most certainly a mistake, however. I fucking loved the demo. I played it a couple dozen times... it's incredible. I have totally been missing out on this franchise. I bought Burnout 3 last night for $20, and I love that game as well, even though I can't blow up after crashes. I'm going to be playing B3 for a while, and I'm not getting Revenge until the end of October when Toys R Us has their B2G1 sale. If anyone wants to play on Live, my Gamertag is MattYoung. I suck right now, but the game's still fucking awesome.

Sorry, I have no idea about the PS2 downloads. I'll ask on the GameFAQs NHL 2K6 board now and post here when I receive an answer. Anyway, I finally got the game last night. I went to the Riverside, CA, Best Buy and didn't see it on the shelf. I asked a girl working there about the game, and she spouted off some crap about how "someone else bought the license and they aren't making 2K games anymore." She was still very nice (and pretty attractive) so I explained the whole EA/2K deal to her and said that NHL 2K6 was indeed released. I then saw a copy of the PS2 version and showed it to her. She asked a guy there about the Xbox version. He was like, "Yeah, we have plenty, but we can't sell them til Thursday." But she winked at me and was like, "You've gone through enough trouble and you've been extremely nice, so I'll grab you one from the back." So now that I have a copy, and I'm going to officially join the Cheap Ass Gamer league and probably play a game before work. If anyone wants to get in a agme on Xbox Live, my Gamertag is MattYoung.

At any rate, my 2 copies of Mario 64 were stolena long with my other N64 games, but I just purchased Mario 64 DS from a guy on Cheap Ass Gamer for $17. I'm also trying to buy SMB Advance 4: Super Mario Bros. 3 from a guy on here, although I have the NES version already. I went to the Best Buy in Riverside, California, last night. It is one of a handful of BB's to sell used games. They had only maybe 25 titles, none of interest, except for one- WWF Raw for the Sega Genesis. I love that game but had never owned it. I had satisfied my 16 bit rasslin' fix by playing Royal Rumble on my Genesis. Needless to say, I picked up Raw for that price, complete with case and manual.

I read about this sale at CheapAssGamer days ago. I went to the BB in Riverside, California, last night after work. They had nothing from the list for GBA, GameCube, or Xbox that I wanted, except Final Fantasy I & II: Dawn of Souls, which I managed to snag for $10.

That sucks. I'm not registered at the board, but I enjoyed reading it on occasion.

Radiohead has very little actual talent. They've recorded maybe 3 decent songs in their entire existence.

I don't really hate Canada. I wanted to move there as a child, mostly due to Bret Hart, heh... And I love Toronto. It's one of my 2-3 favorite cities in North America. If I ever leave Southern California, the only place I would consider relocating to would be Vancouver Island- More specifically, Victoria, B.C.

Incorrect. Mario 64 is the best Mario game made. I still play that game more than any other game on my 64. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> That's insane. SMB 3 and Super Mario World are about 47,000,000 times better.b Asb for Yoshi's Story, I didn't exchaneg it for anything. I had already beaten it when my cousin rented it, but I wanted to play it again and again.

Hey, it's September 11th. Just trying to get into the holiday spirit.

I initially read that as War Gods. I got that game for Christmas in 1997 from my best friend and his aprents and was quite saddened. I exchanged it a couple months later at K-mart (opened, no receipt... those were the days) for Yoshi's Story. Also, on another note, I had never played a Burnout game before since I dont' like racing games much, but earlier this week, I decided to try the Burnout revenge demo on Madden (I didn't even fuck with it at E3). WOW. That's the most fun I've had with a game in a while. I'm definitely picking up Burnout 3 now. It was on sale at Target for $17.88 this past week, but they were sold out, so I'll get it somewhere else for $19.99 tomorrow.
